A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Hi I know I haven't won anything and I haven't put money in my account yet

Hi

just a bit of an update with my complaints

all complaints have gone to the ombudsman. The investigators think that because I didn’t have a gambling block on my account then my transactions don’t qualify for chargeback.

This is a fucking joke and I’ve had enough of it all. The country is in a fucking mess because of things like this.

Ridiculous.

Do they mean like that gambling block on Revolut that is absolutely useless, simply because you can click unblock at any time.

About as usefull as when gambling sites promote safer gambling!

Hello everyone

Just discovered this site, in the same position as everyone else here. No gambling for 2 years but sadly relapsed a week ago on Bilucky and MyStake.

Obviously tried contacting casinos directly, no luck, trying the CADRE/dispute resolution angle now with them.

Disputed all the transactions but most were through Monzo who I’ve tried before and they generally refuse but still speaking to them currently.

Also started contacting payment processors directly, managed to find some form of contact for Inpics, Reactcode, bestexch.net, orbx, aigeeny, 123templates, stockimagemart and swipez (apparently dsolpay).

Still looking for:

Fint

Inntc

Officehut

Wexhyp

Any help greatly appreciated

thanks

No it just says London GBR, usually calling the bank they can give you it, however Monzo aren't being very helpful - who do you bank with?

Hello mate,

Sorry to hear of your recent relapse. It’s so frustrating when it happens.

The responsible gambling section of the forum has some good content that may help you with the other aspects of managing your way through the relapse.

Radka will be along soon with some links for you to check out.

Good luck with your journey. Reach out if you need to chat about anything other than the refund aspect. That part is well covered in this thread.

Stay Safe,

Charlie

Did you get any response with CADRE? I’m in a similar situation as yourself 2 years gamble free. Ended up on Goldenbet

Not yet I only emailed them yesterday. MyStake (which auto corrects to ‘mistake’ btw lol) is the same company as Goldenbet though afaik.

Has anyone come across Treofgm located in Tallinn, that’s the only info that’s contained and google is throwing up nothing!

Hi again,

Charlie’s message really hits the mark. A relapse after two years is tough, but it doesn’t erase all the progress you’ve made!

If you want a space where people understand what you’re going through and focus on support without any pressure, check out our Responsible Gambling forum: https://casino.guru/forum/responsible-gambling. It’s a community dedicated to sharing real experiences, advice, and encouragement to help you stay on track. No casinos, no bonuses.

I'd say that slipping up doesn’t mean failure; it’s sometimes "just" a part of the journey, and you don’t have to face it alone.

Take care and reach out anytime if you want to talk.

I doubt you still check this site but if you have anything at all you can share to [email protected] on how you went about this, that would be amazing
