A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Its almost immposibile to raise a dispute with them , They are Mcc: Money transfer , so no chance of goods not received only if u raise a dispute as fraud , but here say bank u accepted , confirmed transactionn, you need big proofs

I got declined by bank to raise them even after merchant said to. I made official complaint to bank and complaints team then raised them. Merchant then challenged them. Bank re sent it back to them.

These merchants are saying to raise them in the hope the timeframe has elapsed

They might be labelled as money transfer but they are processed as card payment. Raise a formal complaint

Hi all

I'm new to this thread having fallen victim to Curacao based casinos Spindog and SpinsCastle.

All my transactions are with Revolut

Spindog are all through Consultitans, who I can find some threads about here, but cant really follow any successful actions? I'm not sure who to get in touch with them, or find out what the coding was, Revolut apps have applied Entertainment as the category category.

Spinscastle are another story as their transactions are spread across 14 different companies

Bitpulz

Calpex

Craftessay

Bitglide

Sonet

Aimskinz

Acebir

Dplc Riobian

Imgvibes

Santeda

E

Zentriq

PXTB

Palwallet

It seems from others experience that Revolut dont have a successful process to dispute, so I am thinking I need to contact the casinos and the payment platforms, but how do I go about this?

Happy to receive guidance by email (pammajor@hotmail.com) if that prevents duplication as I know this thread is now 1199 pages long and that makes it difficult to find any clear advice on what to do.

I'm happy to put in the time and effort as its a substantial sum and lesson learned!

Many thanks

I have received a couple of refunds in the past in 2024 and 2025. Responses from Cardaq came via Ksenija Blumfelde - Head of Chargeback Processing - k.blumfelde@cardaq.co.uk

I just wrote the standard stuff about the funds being miscoded and facilitated on behalf of an unlicenced offshore casino etc as far as I recall.

Dear ,

We hereby inform you that we have received your email and will make every effort to investigate and resolve this situation.

We will begin processing the refunds on Monday during our regular business hours and will carefully monitor the progress of your case.

Kind regards,

Ksenija Blumfelde
