Ask company for full transaction details, verification method including ip address used to access website, original transaction receipt including destination address (as not received by you). Screen record accessing your email search for website, alleged purchase, date (all singular) then forward as evidence. I was able to prove websites visited including ip addresses by contacting my mobile provider. Case closed
