A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Thankyou , do I email the company asking for this information or ask the bank I've only got until the 15th to send any evidence back

write to the company for this information, give them a deadline of 2 days, after this period send your letter + their possible response to the bank indicating that the seller has nothing sensible to say and therefore misled the bank.

What is their website?

Seems to me like more companies have got bolder in terms of just faking evidence and taking their chances!

Yes exactly. They won’t respond. You can fight it easily as you know you didn’t get anything. Check the IP address and too as usually that doesn’t match, and add proof the IP they’ve got is wildly wrong. Track it and it probably won’t be anywhere near you.

Ask them for the proof of delivery to your email because there isn’t an account login on their site so the only way of delivery is via email, so original attached copies of those emails or links to access the images to prove they delivered as you have no records.

sometimes the PAN is wildly wrong too, not sure if that helps.

all of this together they have no chance.

good luck!

I'll tell you a bigger hit. I closed my casino account a few months ago. I'm filing a lot of chargebacks against them. Today I received an email from the casino saying they haven't completed the KYC process against me and are asking for absurd documents. I ignored it. This is just to falsify documents for chargebacks.

Thankyou there does not seem to be and IP address on the evidence or PAN. They have been quite clever and said I have purchased multply images all adding to the amount I deposited 🤦‍♀️. The only thing different is my address but same postcode. I have emailed them for communication trail and order form.

Feel like they are going to get away with it 🤦‍♀️ hope not 🤞

My message is being reviewed 🤦‍♀️ there is no IP or PAN hopefully they'll email back so thats evidence. Just feel i haven't got much to stand on

Does it make sense to say I didnt receive a product in reallife ? i mean they have to give delivery proof right ? or is there a catch and its worse than digital goods.
