It’s Skycom online s.r.o I believe, they have a contact number attached on website also. I rang him, definitely him! He wouldn’t issue refund and just said he will wait for the authorities!

they will say no records of you ect or email refuse to refund no record of debit card but admit payment has gone to them report this company to HMRC and company house take these merchants down

No my case is with the FO and I have had to appeal against their decision its been going on since beginning of year FO are not on side of consumer even when casino owes money blocks account uses Mcc miscoding banking blocks ect ect they just dont care .it also depends who you bank with that you get chargebacks
