mines been 15 days today and i haven't heard anything from my bank yet hopefully that's a good sign mate, just send emails to a few others from the template on the first page of this forum talking about fines and audits to a few others to see if that works for me, my chargeback's in process now are pixelium and finnart.io

Pixeleum I doubt will provide evidence. They are in the wrong. They cannot provide you with the images and receipts (which I have asked for multiple times) which will go in my favour hopefully. I have over a grand for Pixeleum myself!


I have just spoke to complaints and they said they can contest up until the last day. So you might think you're clear but then you won't get nothing for another 45 days! I'd ring the bank weekly and just say to them, has anyone disputed? If so I would just like adequate time to gather all my evidence together 😁 they won't have an issue

I'd say so mate! Best off speaking to the bank mate. Mention they have offered you 20%, you want more. This sort of shows they accept responsibility? Speak to the bank and advise with them

Ok thanks mate the thing is the bank rejected my complaint with a totally garbage reply about gambling not being covered and saying the blocks cannot stop the mcc code thing and crap about not contacting the merchant which i sent endless details of me doing the letter does not make sense going on about stuff id already sent them as if they had not even looked at it and the guy dealing with it seems like an absolute banger, it has the wrong transaction amounts less than i raised and it had been done in a few hours just before their deadline so ive bounced it all back copying in the FOS with a letter of ones they raised already so its a hard one just now still waiting on an update on a higher percent refund from the site, the thing is though it might work better for me as I get a refund from the site then if FOS votes in my favour a full refund paid by the bank and backdated interest they admitted my block was on

from what i found pixeleium and finnart are the exact same company have the same website just different names but layout is exactly the same and they sell the same stuff NFT and crypto, i dont think they can dispute as they cant prove i bought anything from them.

Just spoke to the bank they have basically said no update yet merchants haven’t disputed yet but it can go 1 of 3 ways after 45 days they don’t dispute then I get the refund 2nd way is they send evidence which will be sent to me to dispute or 3rd will be they send such convincing evidence that the bank couldn’t defend then my chargeback will be ended there and then and I won’t receive nothing.

Ok the thing is they did it last time ok and knew it was gambling ! I suppose I could try goods not received but not sure if they would just reject it
