fileThis is a joke trustpilot removing my reviews of Kinghills !

his is a scam site preying on Uk…

This is a scam site preying on Uk…

This is a scam site preying on Uk problem gamblers.

I have sent over 15 emails to them with no reply I asked for the account to be closed as I had lost £13500 but they ignored me and added more free bets and left it open to take more money.

I am on gamstop and working with my bank and gamcare due to a severe gambling habit and I sent all this to them but they ignore me.

Payments are being laundered to various miscoded MCC categories to bypass any bank card or Uk laws they are using Sumup which states gambling transactions are illegal I offered them the chance to refund me but have had no replies so now I am working with my bank again to raise the chargebacks as they are aware of this scam.

They will drain your bank account even if you have a bad habit I am currently receiving one on one support sessions at gamcare so this site is scum really. I am still currently trying to pay of £35000 of debt.

Transactions are going various places if one payment fails it tries another dodgy one until it takes your money usually with a big fee added on, ones like zen, bytes news, xprsera, csskinspro, smpaypf*magicinc etc they use different names to bypass payment provider laws.

My bank gambling relations support said its not the real Kinghills site and gave me a number to call the guy I spoke to said im not registered on Kinghills after checking.

The money ends up in places like Lithuania etc its not a genuine site beware do not fall for this scam I did like a clown again I await contact Kinghills or I will set about exposing your little illegal operation you have got going on !

These reviews should in no way be removed this site is operating illegally in the Uk scamming lots of problem Uk gamblers who should be safe from this and they should not be taking one penny from people here !!!

Hi fellas.

Anyone with chase bank a little too if you can’t get them to raise a chargeback for you threaten them with the FOS, they hate that 🤣

They wouldn’t keep my old chargebacks open for the same merchant and I was told to essentially piss off but not after the FOS action was threatened

Kasha answered me like this

We are not yet operational with our product and our traders will only be operational in January.

Thank you for contacting us regarding your case.

Kasha is a technology company: our only service is to connect e-commerce stores with their banks.

We recommend that you contact the company that offered you its services and did not deliver them.

As informed, you are not our direct customer, you need to contact the merchant/company where you opened an account.

I recommend you look for companies with similar names, perhaps one of these is the entity that actually handled your transaction.

They said they have logged and shared my info so the wider org is aware of the conduct of sumup and it has been made accessible to colleagues who supervise them etc etc
