Unfortunately, there has been no progress so far.
The payment is still in "pending" status and has not been processed even after more than 60 days.
Despite full verification, multiple attempts to contact them, and a deadline being set, no concrete solution or timeframe was given.
Support continues to cite technical problems, without any change in the status.
I will continue to document the further course of events.
Thank you for your feedback and support.
Yes, I have also left a review in the App Store to objectively document the process there as well.
Unfortunately, there has been no progress so far. The payout is still in "pending" status and has not been processed even after more than 60 days.
I will continue to monitor the situation and document its progress accordingly.
Yes, the situation is really hard to understand now.
Despite full verification, multiple attempts to contact the customer, and public documentation, there is still no concrete solution or processing of the payment.
The current status remains unchanged: The payout is still in "pending" status.
I will continue to document the further course of events.
Anything I could say will very likely be unhelpful or just a cycling of what we have been talking about. I'm sorry to see you in this situation. 🙁
Thank you so much, I truly appreciate your support and the exchange during this time.
The situation remains frustrating, but at least I've received some more concrete feedback from support. According to them, the documents I submitted most recently have been reviewed and forwarded to the relevant department for final approval.
I'm now waiting to see if this finally leads to a real solution.
Yes, after such a long time, I don't want to give anything away just yet.
At least I have now received more concrete feedback for the first time, confirming that the documents submitted most recently have been reviewed and forwarded to the relevant department.
I hope that this will finally lead to a real solution and that the matter will be definitively resolved.
The support team has since responded again and is now requesting complete bank statements for a period of 12 months, explicitly showing all incoming and outgoing transactions.
What makes the situation particularly problematic for me is that no deposits were ever made to PlayID/FUNiD via this account. The account was solely intended for withdrawals.
Furthermore, the requested time period now includes data that dates back approximately 1.5 years. After a delay of over 70 days and the aforementioned "technical problems," this requirement now seems very difficult to understand and extremely intrusive to me.
I would therefore be genuinely interested in how you assess this development.
Hi, can I give you some advice?
I also went through this process for 3 months, until it seemed like all the documents were verified, then I was waiting for the final verification and completely meaningless sentences around it. My patience was running out.
So I created the last email as COMPLAINT- URGENT
She wrote that I had provided everything necessary, verification should take 24 hours, but you promised a maximum of 72 hours. So I strongly requested to open an account.
Important!!! Copy the email data and send it to the casino guru email
Playid was unsecured and opened my account within a week
Good luck
Hi,
Thank you for describing your experience and advice. I must admit that even after everything I've experienced here and what others are experiencing, it still surprised me.
Do you think that if you hadn't taken this step, things would have turned out differently? This is a really disturbing situation and I'm very glad that the email worked.
I'm very hesitant to guess what might be the reason for this new demand or whether it is, let's say, appropriate. Repetitive technical difficulties are completely different from some kind of unexpected demand for a bit of excessive banking history. I can help but it feels kind of contradictory. Perhaps I'm wrong, but technical issues can be overcome by manual withdrawals, and therefore I guess they either have no idea what the people there are doing or it's a way to find a document you could not provide. Yes, I know I probably should not say this, but it has been a hell of a time and I'm not convinced they are looking for a way to resolve that... If there is a serious reason, they should explain it fully to you as a customer.
I think it worked, create a complaint lever to put pressure on the casino. They are scammers, they only rob people. DEPOSITS in 10 seconds, losing and withdrawing the last money takes more than 10 days. This alone is not a disadvantage for the player to lose his money...
I also have a problem with withdrawals, supposedly these are global problems and withdrawals that I am working on intensively. It has been a decent speed for 8 days - it will take at least a month. From verified sources I have found out that deposits and withdrawals work normally for other players. So they are lying to your face
Thanks for the warning. 🙂
I would just like to clarify my opinion on deposits and withdrawals: in general, deposits are not the same actions as withdrawals. When making a deposit, neither the casino nor the bank verifies anything, because it is an action initiated and confirmed by the account owner. In contrast, a withdrawal is a request from the player to the casino to send the money to those who arrange the payment for the casino. There is already a noticeable difference there. So I understand why you think that the speed of deposits is a comparable indicator for the speed of withdrawals, but that is not entirely true.
I really appreciate you making information available from various sources, and I hope that this casino hub, aka payment app, will quickly deal with these global problems.
