Won't you answer me if it makes sense that there is no way to contact and no legal department in a legit casino like n1 casino? Why can't I get in touch with someone in charge of the casino to investigate the fake accounts with the fake details that charged my card

Hi, well, according to what you describe, you lost in the casino, which is unfortunately a common phenomenon. Casinos always have an advantage over the player and I personally would probably not put that much money there. It would be more fun than depositing large sums of money there and then being sad that you lost it. 

As for the bonuses, the casino is not obliged to give you one for losing. So basically even what they give you is a little extra even if it's not much.

1. they are the only company that does not have phone service, draw your own conclusions.
2. in EEEP they have a bad image of N1. However, the EEEP exists to collect for the state, it only settles egregious cases.
3. N1 does not care about its prestige, after all it is the only one that has a license only for casinos and not for betting. So you are hostage to her moods.

Since you are not playing in a casino for the first time, you must know very well that multiple accounts are forbidden. If you create another account with fake details then it is simply not possible to challenge it from our side. But from what I have seen, I have not seen anywhere in the complaint that you wrote that the third party was responsible for opening some other accounts and that money went there from your account. You wrote everything as if you did it and not someone else. So try reading the complaint again, please, and what you wrote there. 😕

Okay, but I didn't see you write that in your complaint, you're writing it to me now. Another thing is that when a card is misused, the first thing that comes to mind is to block it. 

Anyway, how do you prove that all those accounts were opened from some third party? Why didn't you show Veronika any of this in your complaints?
