Betflip - Withdrawal Issues

Hi all,

For anyone who has issues with Betflip withdrawals I wanted to see if we could make any progress together (I say this with little hope).

This is really intended as a thread outside of the ridiculous bonus turnaround criteria.

I have raised a complaint with casinoguru and have now seen 2 other UK users "Robert" and "Sonador5" who I would be interested to hear from.

In short here is the situation we all seem to be experiencing.

  • All bonus criteria complete with no issues or no bonus added.
  • All verification complete.
  • All withdrawals going into a pending state and then later rejected.
  • Live chat is being blocked by IP and not answered if logged in.
  • Live chat is answered if i) I do not log in, ii) I switch browsers, iii) I switch IP address... but then am simply ignored or they cancel chat.
  • No email replies.

In the last 3 weeks I have been told that "payments are down for maintenance" (deposits work though!), "short staffed due to Covid, if I make a withdrawal Friday it will be queued, to wait until end of the day, to wait another 10 days, that I am not allowed to switch IP or I will be sorry"... but mainly just "we have raised this as urgent and we will get back to you" - of course all BS!

Other then the casino guru complaint I am at a loss. My balance is now over 4,600 Euros, I seem to now also be blocked from all casino... is that the same for other users?

So yes, my mistake, lesson learnt, understand they don't have a license now, own fault, should have done more due diligence, etc... but now trying to see if anyway I can get anything out.

I see an old case where "Sofia Hagan head of customer support and fraud team" managed to sort an issue and I was told by one live chat agent that she "was not working today" which gave me hope she may be there (or most likely an alias).

Anyway, a lot of issues with this place but interested to see if any luck with those also struggling and if we can update and work together?

Thanks and good luck!

Unfortunately, the casino has a bad rating and they operate without a license. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't expect to get the money from them. It's better to avoid playing in casinos that operate without any license. They usually don't have any license on purpose.

Hi Daniel,

Unfortunately when researching Betflip they had a lot of good ratings elsewhere (admittedly before I found this site!) and seemed to have a license. These conditions seemed to have changed since I joined, where problems are escalating, their ratings are now dropping and it seems to be a "fake" license (as I said lesson learned!).

Yeah, I don't have high hopes to be honest and thankfully initial deposit was low (£250) so not a disaster but the current balance is now hard to let go of! Low expectations and low hopes but will keep trying in vain! 🙂

Thanks

Anthony

It should be the last resort, but you could even try to do a chargeback if you made the deposit via card.

Yep good idea. I considered it initially, as you say it's a last resort as my final option before giving up!

Pleased to see their score declining on here in the last couple of days and keeping others away for now.

Yes, the rating dropped down mainly due to the fake license. There are still 3 cases open against them that can possibly influence the rating as well.

I play grande in Vegas and now I'm trying to repatriate but ask for some documents, so where do I send them?

Not sure if this is to do with Betflip or withdrawal issues? Maybe better on another thread 🙂

User Putriken (Sweden) - I see you had the same issues. Did you have any progress?

It seems to be unresolved (no reaction from the casino). They got black points for it:

Hello Antcousins I have just had the worst 4 months of my life thanks to Betflip and they have taken so much money off me. I have had 5 rejected withdrawals of course since they don't actually withdraw any of their players. I just wanted to speak out and say it happened to me . I became addicted to Gambling and emailed to leave over and over and they just give you money to stay in your account. I have now eventually left but I had to pressure them to delete my account! They are the worst people ever.

Hello,

(just a kind reminder: please use the "reply" button, otherwise the person you wrote to will not be notified. Thank you 🙂)

I'd like to say that if any player mentions a gambling problem and ask to close the account, the casino should do its best to proceed with that asap.

Would be also good to mention your complaint here:

"The player from the United Kingdom is experiencing difficulties withdrawing from the casino. We were forced to close the complaint because the player played down the winnings."

I'm sorry to say that but a casino with such a reputation should be avoided at any costs:

You can hardly expect a fair approach there.😔

I wish you strenght to fight witht the urge to play.

Betflip reject all withdrawals and put back in players account.

This is done on purpose so that the player will eventually give up trying to withdraw money and just play down their balance.

They rejected all 5 of my withdrawals. They aren't a betting website . It's a scam website that needs to be shut down. They take the deposits and never pay out.

With enough noise and going through the right authorities this will happen.

Hello,

I'm not surprised, and I have nothing more to add, I'm sorry.

Did you notice the warning that the casino is using a fake license? Such companies are virtually untouchable, I'm afraid. So please, never play on such a site again, and do the research in advance.

If you manage to find the right authorities, we would appreciate some feedback.

Don't be sorry it's just one of those hard life experiences I will learn from.

I've stopped gambling now.

There's no point in gambling. I never win and when I win I just re-gamble it until I lose.

I read a good review on betflip and thought they were genuine. Played ...got hooked .... Then eventually managed to make myself withdraw... First couple withdrawals came back rejected they had reasons ... Believed them .... Carried on playing .... Withdrawal number 5 was rejected and then I started reading reviews to my horror ....

I enjoyed following the football and tennis matches and betting on them so much that I carried on depositing.... used it as a way to escape reality.

I can't use UK ones which are genuine and give you withdrawls you see as I am on Gamban....

I'm an addicted gambler but this lesson has really put me off so maybe in the long run it's helped me.

I think that with such an approach and reflection on what happened, you're on a good path to stop being addicted. 👍

So, no more "I'm sorry" thing, instead - stay strong!

Cheers buddy.

Something always good happens from even the worst of things.

You just gotta find it.

Have a nice day
