The player from Sweden was experiencing difficulties trying to withdraw his funds due to being repeatedly asked to wager more funds. Later, he managed to complete the wagering requirements and was allowed to request a withdrawal, however, his withdrawal request had not been processed. We closed the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply to the player's complaint in the given timeframe.

Hi.


Betflip dont answer me anymore. Not on mail, and not in chat.


Before they answered me and everytime told me to turnover my deposit more and more and more which i did. Allthough i had allready every time turned over what they wanted.


They say like turn over 1300 more and you can withdraw. And when ive turned over 1300 more they say i have to turn over 900 more.


Ive sent them a long list from bettinghistory about all my bets where you can count that ive turned over the right amount.


Now i cant get in contact with them anymore.

They dont have the money i would guess.


Feels terrible of course.

I got frustrated and couldnt wait so i started to bet more. Ive lost the most of it and could request a withdrawal now after turned over for ever. If i get the money..hmm..i will see. They are not so intrested in talking with me.

I think theyre not going to answer. Sometimes they answer in chat and when im asking about my withdrawal they say wait and never come back. Before when i was tallking with them about deposits it was no problem.


They seem like they wont even pay me back little of all the money ive lost.
