The player from the United Kingdom is experiencing difficulties withdrawing from the casino. We were forced to close the complaint because the player played down the winnings.

This company operates without an actual licence and doesn't withdraw players money.

I've had five withdraws rejected.


They tell you a different reason every time when you ask where the money is.


I've lost £12,000 in total and just read all the other reviews from other players which are all the same.


We need to take down their website. They need to go to jail. Can you help please?

Could you advise if you have any pending withdrawals in the casino or any withdrawable balance currently? What reasons did the casino give you when they rejected your withdrawals? Did you complete account verification in the casino previously?

No pending withdrawals anymore. They use various excuses like they have thousands of withdrawals to do at once and their computer system times out some withdrawals. They have also blamed it on not enough money (I withdrew £100 when it said minimum £100) this then got changed to minimum £500. However they have also blamed it on too much as well would you believe maximum 1000 they didn't state euros or GBP and said they £1000 was more than the 1000 euros. All of my withdrawals all 5 were rejected within 24 hours as they know I will then re-gamble that money and more than likely lose it. It's very clever from them.


I have no withdrawable money.


I completed verification back in August and they have told me that I have passed all that and I kept a screenshot of this. I am fully verified.


I don't think we will have any luck as I don't think these guys are a casino.


I think they just get people's money and keep it. It's very very wrong.

I am afraid that if you don't have any pending withdrawals there is not much we can help you with. While I understand the reasons the casino gives must be frustrating for you when they cancel your withdrawals, we believe the player is ultimately responsible for their account, casino balance, and all bets taking place.

If you have played down your balance we would consider such a loss as being fair, and won't penalize the casino for this reason.
