Please provide a detailed explanation of the situation there, so my colleague can fully understand the matter. I sincerely hope that if players express their concerns, changes will occur.
From what I can see, the player stopped responding as soon as he filed the complaint, so we don't know how it turned out.
Are you asking because you're also waiting for money here? Let me know what your situation is.
Congratulations, that's quite a lot.
Can I ask, then, what exactly is the casino doing when you say you think they don't want to pay you? Have they sent you any money yet, or not at all?
They've already sent around 4000 euros and now they've asked for verification of the account but they're taking a while to reply
And what exactly are they supposed to respond to, the documents you sent them? Have any of them been accepted yet, or not? How long has it been since you sent them, and they still haven't responded?
And did you ask them if they could tell you what they need to see or what’s wrong with what you sent?
Well, based on our extended experiences from the past, we provide each operator with two full weeks before our mediators step in, so basically the limit is 14 full days, mostly counted from the withdrawal request submission or internal check, depending on what has started earlier. But do not worry with that much; just submit the request if the casino really cannot handle the situation, including all events described with a compact timeline and our colleagues will get through it and notify you later on when your attention is needed.
I see I don't need to explain it anymore since your complaint is in the review stage, which means you've handled it.
Now we just have to wait and see how the whole case unfolds.
Good luck. 🍀
Hello everyone,
I've had the same experience. I initiated withdrawals totaling €850 on June 23rd, 24th, and 25th, but I keep getting the runaround. I complained via email and received a standard reply. If I ever get the money, I'll have my account closed. It's all just harassment, and they're hoping I'll snap, cancel the withdrawals, gamble, and lose.
