Despite several contacts with customer support, I have not received my money to date.

The promised processing time of 3 working days was significantly exceeded.

The support only responds with general phrases like "Please be patient," but there is no clear answer or solution.

I have now filed an official complaint with the Anjouan Gambling Authority and will continue to publicly report my experience to warn other players.

My conclusion:

Supabet is not trustworthy. I strongly recommend avoiding this platform.
