Hello friends, so I had around 1000€ on my account and when I wanted to withdraw the money for the second time the betting company called 22bet refused my withdrawal and they decided to close my account without giving me my money back. They say I violated their T&C which I didn't and they have no proof of me doing that. What should I do to get my money back.

I've done all the verification like selfies with ID etc, and they said I violated their T&C but they didn't tell me what exactly I did. IMHO I didn't do anything, only weird thing was when they asked questions about my brother if I know him.

Is there anything I can do with some attorney or what?

Hello.

Has, by chance, your brother played in the same casino? That would explain a lot, though I'm not saying this is actually a fair reason to void your winnings.

A well-made explanation is in order, I'd say. Don't worry, the cavalry is here. We offer a free-of-charge complaint feature through which we aim to identify the issue and then find a fair approach.

Use this link please: https://casino.guru/complaints/create

Are you going to try?

It would not hurt to gain further tips, so this guide is at your disposal.

Hello Radka,

Yes my brother has played in that casino 2 years ago. But its not like gambling is a family thing and he brags at lunch like hey family I just started gambling at 22bet, so ofcourse I didn't know that he had an account there.

I will creat a complaint with your link, thanks very much!!!

Hello there.

I really hope the only reason for this situation is not related to your brother's 2-year-old account.

Go ahead please, submit the complaint, and we shall all see. 🤔

I would appreciate it if you could keep us posted even here on the forum if you don't mind.

Hi Radka,

I am not sure what else could it be, I've checked T&C and the only thing that crosses my mind is that it has to do something with my brother.

I've submited the complaint and Tomas is helping me out, I will keep you updated.

Hi there,

I browsed the complaint, and I think this is really the case. This part sounds convincing:

Each registered customer may have only one account. Customers may register only one account per family, address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet or electronic payment method. Persons otherwise associated with a customer will not be allowed to register on the website.

Buy I'd like to add a few things to that account:

How likely are you to know whether someone from your family plays in the same casino? I'd say the casino should consider whether any of you gained an unfair advantage by playing in the same casino. This is what matters; otherwise, such a rule is just a stupid excuse.

When it comes to shared IP, it's even more specific in my books. This rule served as a tool to get rid of bonus hunters, but sadly, many casinos keep thinking that the same IP stand-alone is evidence of some kind of fraud.

We believe that players who create several accounts in order to take advantage of bonuses available only to newbies are worth pursuing.

Each case needs to be handled separately, but I feel you were just caught in the terms. Don't worry, we will try to help you.

Hi Radka,

Yes in my mind I got stuck to this part, but honestly I didn't know that my brother was betting.

Now when you mentioned IP I have maybe another potential problem in my mind. My brother has higher income than me and when he bought a newer iPhone in the beginning of this year, he gave me his older phone. What if they have the same IP now connected to the account or something like this, if he placed the bets with the same iPhone 2 years ago?

But I haven't hunt any bonuses or something like this just to mention upfront. I lost my bonus as you've probably read it in a complaint in a funny way lol.

Hi!

If I could guess, I would say you are quite correct. 🤔 Especially iPhones are detectable through their unique IPs. On the other hand, it does not change the fact that this is quite a common situation in families. I disagree that it is fair to block the account and void winnings simply because of the same phone and old account. At least you should have been told there is some suspicion and given a chance to explain.

Thus, I'm really glad you found this page. I'm sure through the complaint, a fair approach will be presented!

Hi,

firstly i’d like to thank you for all your replies, you are really helpful 🙂!

This is that I missed the most with my communication with 22bet. They ask some questions without giving me chance to clarify anything, and then they come to a decision, which they don’t even care to explain.

I hope with help of Tomas I can resolve this issue, I understand that they don’t want to collaborate with me, because its somehow breach of the rules they made up. But if they let me register, accept my verification and even let me withdraw one time, then I don’t find it fair to suddenly void my winnings..

Yes, I agree with you. So we will wait to see if the casino responds and gives a statement and how everything will be resolved. I wish you the best of luck and I hope everything turns out fairly. Fingers crossed.🤞😊

Hello! I'm new here, and I regret not reading the reviews before creating an account on bet22-top.com. I deposited money with a MasterCard, and when I tried to withdraw, I noticed that MasterCard is not an option. I chatted with support, which seems very automated, and was told the following: "If the same method is not available, we can recommend using an alternative payment method for withdrawal.

To do that, make a minimum deposit via a different payment method. Place bets for a total of your deposit. The odds of the events should be 1.1 or higher.

Confirm deposits at security@22bet.com. Take a screenshot of the deposit and send it to security@22bet.com.

As soon as you receive a reply from our security specialists, you can make a withdrawal via this method.

Kindly note, we do not recommend using PayPal and Bitcoin as alternative methods due to their policy. You can see all the available payment systems in the Payments section of the site or the Withdraw funds section of your personal account."

I have a Revolut Visa card, and I plan to make a deposit with it, then follow the instructions in the message. I'm afraid I might receive the message: "You should withdraw money in proportion to the amount you have deposited via each payment method." It doesn't seem legal to me to be forced to add money to be able to withdraw what I've won. In any case, I don't want to take the risk of losing a bet even if it's at 1.1 odds and losing my money. Can you please help me? After I make the deposit with Visa, I will come back with their response. Thanks in advance!

ps: Both my cards are on my name. Also I will not be able to provide bills since I live in rent.

later update: I talked with them and they said that they don't ask to withdraw money in proportion to the amount I deposited. So that is great news. I will see how the whole "Make a deposit with Visa and talk with security" will go.

I send an email to security and asked them about Revolut Bank and if it's a viable option. After 5 minutes I got asked by them about the User ID number on the website and after I reply I got no message back.

My email: Hello,

I'm new on 22bet and I have a question. I made a deposit with MasterCard and from what I understand, in order to validate my withdrawal I will need a VISA card. Question is: Do you accept Revolut VISA card? Is it viable? Do you also accept the bank statements from them? Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Their response: Hello. Specify your User ID, please. You can find your User ID in your personal profile in your account.

After I replied I got no answer to my question about the Revolut.. I don't see why they needed my ID, I only was curious about Revolut if it's ok. (Some websites don't take Revolut bank statement as a viable option that's why I asked)

Hi, it would certainly be useful to know the answer to your question since you would like to choose this method. When did you write to the casino? Try to give them some more time to get back to you and confirm that it is possible to withdraw using this method. If not, I would certainly ask what other alternative I could use and what they recommend.

I will wait for an update.

Yes, my thoughts exactly. I wanted to make sure first that Revolut Bank is ok and after that continue with it. I resent an email today and I will wait for a response. Hopefully everything will be alright 😀 I will come back with updates. Thanks!

Great, I see we were thinking along the same lines. So we'll see if the casino gets back to you, and if everything will be okay. I hope so and we'll be wiser. 😀

Hello! No response and it's been 3 days. I will wait one more week to get an answer, if not I will try to do the deposit with Revolut Visa card and try to withdrawal. Does anyone know if I can get through validation even though I don't have a bill to validate my address? Also anyone tried to withdrawal with Revolut? Thanks a lot and sorry for the spam but I'm a little bit frustrated 🙁 .

It's okay to ask such questions. Everyone would obviously want to know if everything is okay.

However, have you tried contact live chat about your problem ? I think you could get an answer there sooner. I suppose you already did, but it's just a follow-up question on my part.

Anyway, I hope you will get an answer and see if it is in the order and if not let us know and we will try to help.

Hello! Yesterday I got an answer on email but it's not explaining me if Revolut it's fine or not.

"Dear customer,

All available payment methods can be found in the Payments section.

Best regards, Support team 22Bet."

I received this from support even though I wrote to security. I think I will go and deposit with the Visa card, place the 1.1 bet, and try to withdrawal.
