Hello, Romi is out of the office, but the follow-up is much appreciated! I'm glad it is over!

The review has been approved. Can you see it on the casino's main panel? 👈

Thank you very much for your efforts and if you ever need us, do come back!

I haven’t played Zet a lot, but recently made a deposit and had another go. They have a great range of games and their interface is easy to navigate and full of colour.

I played a Hacksaw game called Le Pharoah, and from a single 40c spin I won just over $800. I hadn’t been playing for long, so I believed I was still playing my deposit funds, and not the $12 or so dollars I got from the free spins. WRONG! As soon as I finished the wager (and now around $1300), my balanced dropped to a depressing $50. I don’t know where this figure comes from but it’s a calculation based on the bonus, and is subject to a max cashout which is my case was very small. Because unlike other casino’s, where you play your real money first and then the bonus money, ZET is the other way around. You play the bonus money first, so technically I was playing bonus money when I won the huge amount. You can imagine how upset I was. I did email support for some clarification at the time, prior to finishing my wager in the hope they could clear things up for me. I had tried to contact live support but it wasn’t connecting. I finally received an email back today - 5 days after I sent it. In the meantime I have been able to contact live support who confirmed the bonus money is played first and so sad too bad, I lost my winnings due to this technicality.

SO, if you do play, be aware of this fact. I’d always recommend with these casino’s that you leave your free spins until after you’ve played your real cash.

Hello and welcome back. 🙂

Thank you for taking the time to share this experience!

While we're sorry to hear how frustrating the outcome was, your review does an excellent job of drawing attention to a bonus rule that many players can easily overlook. The way you walked through your experience, from the big win to discovering how the bonus balance was being used, provides a real-world example that other players can learn from.

This is exactly the kind of detailed player feedback that helps the community understand how different bonus systems work in practice. Once again, I genuinely appreciate you sharing both the positive aspects of the casino and the important caution regarding the free spins and max cashout rules.

Thanks again for helping fellow players stay informed. 🙌

My withdrawal has now been "in process" for 12 days. Two follow-up inquiries (on June 25th and 29th) yielded the response: "The verification is complete - it will now be paid out. But hey, your money is safe with us."

I cannot recommend this casino, as I suspect fraud.

Hi, based on what I’ve seen, the casino has a fairly good safety index on our platform, so it shouldn’t be considered a scam or fraud. Of course, we’ll see how your situation develops.

We give casinos 14 days to pay out a player, and you’re already close to that timeframe, so I’d probably start thinking about submitting a complaint if you haven’t already done so. Our team would then look into it, ask you a few questions, and contact the casino if the payment still hasn’t been made.

If you’re already verified, then in theory there shouldn’t be anything stopping the withdrawal from being processed at this point.

What payment method did you use? And did you play with a bonus?
