Sorry, but I can only disagree with that. I get €100-200 winnings on €0.50-1.00 stakes....

Hello, no, the winnings were confiscated.
I previously deposited €220 and then won another €19 from some spins. This was added to my real money. With this €19 winnings, I played for a total of 19 hours and had €2,800. The terms and conditions state that winnings from the free spins can be up to €50, but not that winnings earned afterward can be up to €50. That doesn't make sense, since I would then have to withdraw €15 and deposit €15 again. According to support, the funds were mixed, and therefore everything would be confiscated. I would like to file a complaint.
Furthermore, the support didn't even give me a bonus in the chat or accommodate me in any way.

Guten Tag, nein der Gewinn wurde konfestiert.
Ich habe vorher 220 Euro eingezahlt und dann hab ich aus irgendwelchen Spins nochmals 19 Euro gewonnen. Diese wurden meinem Echtgeld hinzugefügt. Mit diesem Gewinn von 19 Euro habe ich insgesamt 19 Stunden gespielt und hatte 2800 Euro. In den AGB steht, dass Gewinne aus den Freispielen 50 Euro betragen dürfen, aber nicht, dass Gewinne, welche danach erzielt werden. Das macht ja kein Sinn, da ich somit 15 Euro auszahlen und 15 wieder einzahlen müsste. Laut dem Support haben sich Gelder gemischt und somit würde alles konfestiert werden. Ich möchte hiermit Beschwerde einreichen.
Des Weiteren hat der Support mir danach im Chat nichtmal einen Bonus gewährt oder ist mir in irgendeiner Weise entgegenkommen.

This is definitely something I would do and file a complaint because if they have already given you real money then I don't understand how the funds could have been mixed. That doesn't sound like a good explanation to me. But it often happens that the bonus disappears either because the casino caps your winnings, which I don't think was necessary in this case, or by withdrawal.
So I'm not sure how it's going to work out, but I'd say if I were you, I'd open a complaint.

I've been playing on WoopWin for 6 months.
I paid in properly and got VIP status.
Now I have a problem which I find very critical.
I deposited 1k, and VIP support gave me a 100% bonus with the rule that I didn't need to wager it and it wasn't cashable. Which is totally legitimate for me. For example, if I want to withdraw 10k, I get 9k. I've had this bonus before.
Now I've turned the 2k into 18k and the website is refusing to pay out and has deleted my balance.
Apparently, I broke the terms and conditions, which is completely false. Because I followed the rules I was told in the chat.
For me this is a total mistake and a scam. Does anyone know or know anyone I can turn to?

Nun habe ich aus den 2k, ganze 18 k gemacht und die Webseite verweigert die Auszahlung und haben mein Guthaben gelöscht.
Angeblich hätte ich die AGBs gebrochen, was total falsch ist. Weil ich die Regeln die man mir gesagt hat im Chat eingehalten habe.
für mich ein totaler Fehler und Betrug, weis oder kennt jemanden an dem ich mich wenden kann?

First of all, I'm so sorry about what happened to you and congratulations on your win.
So, in my experience, I no longer play with free spins when I have real money in my account, because that's exactly what happens. I've had this problem before, and my money was withdrawn because I was supposedly playing with a bonus, and according to the terms and conditions, you can only withdraw a bonus of €100 with a deposit (with no deposit, the withdrawal is €50).
That's the really bad thing about it, you don't know where your bonus starts and ends, is the payout my bonus or my normal real money that I deposited, do you know or understand what I mean by that?
Be sure to write to woop win casino and clarify this, even if it's annoying and irritating....
This might sound silly, but don't do that anymore. If you deposit and get a bonus with free spins, don't play them yet. Instead, play with your own money until you cash out or lose everything. Only then would I play the games, because then they can't do anything to you.

Also nach meiner Erfahrung, mach ich das nicht mehr, mit Freispiele zu spielen, wenn ich Echtgeld auf meinem Konto habe, da dann genau so was raus kommt. Ich hatte nämlich auf schon mal das Problem und meine Geld wurde mich gestrichen, da ich angeblich mit Bonus spiele und laut AGB's darf du Bonus mit Einzahlung nur 100€ auszahlen (mit ohne einzahlung gilt die Auszahlung 50€)
Das ist halt echt das miese daran, du weißt halt nicht wo deine Bonus anfängt oder aufhört, ist die Auszahlung jetzt mein Bonus oder meine normales Echtgeld das ich eingezahlt hatte weißte bzw verstehst du was ich damit meine?
Schreib woop win casino aufjedn fall weiter und kläre das, auch wenn es lästig ist und nervt....
Das kommt jetzt doof rüber, aber mach das bloß nicht mehr, wenn du einzahlst und du bekommst ein bonus mit Freispielen, spiele sie noch nicht, sondern spiele erst dein eigenes geld bis du Auszahlst oder alles verspielt hast. Dann erst würde ich die spiele spielen, denn dann können sie dir nichts.

The VIP manager only told me that the bonus doesn't have a wagering requirement and that it's a bonus he'll manually add to my balance. Nothing else.
Afterwards, he said I wasn't allowed to use the bonus to play in live casinos and wasn't allowed to make bets over €8.
Which makes absolutely no sense and was not communicated!
I only played in the live casino and always placed bets over €8 and now that is forbidden.
