Hi, not the best experience I see. Have you also looked at what RTP the games you played had? Which provider was it, or were there more? 🤔

Sorry, but I can only disagree with that. I get €100-200 winnings on €0.50-1.00 stakes....
Congratulations on the win, it's definitely gratifying.
Do I understand correctly that the first withdrawal has already arrived to your account and has been paid out or have you just entered it and are waiting for the money? 🙂
Hello, no, the winnings were confiscated.
I previously deposited €220 and then won another €19 from some spins. This was added to my real money. With this €19 winnings, I played for a total of 19 hours and had €2,800. The terms and conditions state that winnings from the free spins can be up to €50, but not that winnings earned afterward can be up to €50. That doesn't make sense, since I would then have to withdraw €15 and deposit €15 again. According to support, the funds were mixed, and therefore everything would be confiscated. I would like to file a complaint.
Furthermore, the support didn't even give me a bonus in the chat or accommodate me in any way.
Best regards
This is definitely something I would do and file a complaint because if they have already given you real money then I don't understand how the funds could have been mixed. That doesn't sound like a good explanation to me. But it often happens that the bonus disappears either because the casino caps your winnings, which I don't think was necessary in this case, or by withdrawal.
So I'm not sure how it's going to work out, but I'd say if I were you, I'd open a complaint.
Hello folks,
I've been playing on WoopWin for 6 months.
I paid in properly and got VIP status.
Now I have a problem which I find very critical.
I deposited 1k, and VIP support gave me a 100% bonus with the rule that I didn't need to wager it and it wasn't cashable. Which is totally legitimate for me. For example, if I want to withdraw 10k, I get 9k. I've had this bonus before.
Now I've turned the 2k into 18k and the website is refusing to pay out and has deleted my balance.
Apparently, I broke the terms and conditions, which is completely false. Because I followed the rules I was told in the chat.
For me this is a total mistake and a scam. Does anyone know or know anyone I can turn to?
Best regards 🖖
Have they explained to you exactly which term you have violated, though? 🤔
That would be good to know, actually.
Our complaint team is already working on your case, as you can see here, so please cooperate fully and reply to the additional questions whenever possible, please.
Well done, if you would like to share some things with us here on the forum, you can do so.
Maybe it would be nice if you answered Romi's question as well, it might be useful for other players.
So did the casino say what terms you specifically broke?🙂
First of all, I'm so sorry about what happened to you and congratulations on your win.
So, in my experience, I no longer play with free spins when I have real money in my account, because that's exactly what happens. I've had this problem before, and my money was withdrawn because I was supposedly playing with a bonus, and according to the terms and conditions, you can only withdraw a bonus of €100 with a deposit (with no deposit, the withdrawal is €50).
That's the really bad thing about it, you don't know where your bonus starts and ends, is the payout my bonus or my normal real money that I deposited, do you know or understand what I mean by that?
Be sure to write to woop win casino and clarify this, even if it's annoying and irritating....
This might sound silly, but don't do that anymore. If you deposit and get a bonus with free spins, don't play them yet. Instead, play with your own money until you cash out or lose everything. Only then would I play the games, because then they can't do anything to you.
Stay tuned and let me know if anything happens..... GOOD LUCK bro..... Greetings, Jerome
The VIP manager only told me that the bonus doesn't have a wagering requirement and that it's a bonus he'll manually add to my balance. Nothing else.
Afterwards, he said I wasn't allowed to use the bonus to play in live casinos and wasn't allowed to make bets over €8.
Which makes absolutely no sense and was not communicated!
I only played in the live casino and always placed bets over €8 and now that is forbidden.
That really must be frustrating then, especially if there were no rules given to you before you started playing with the bonus.
Our complaint team will get in touch with the casino, for sure, and hopefully we will help you resolve all this.
Let's see the complaint moving forward.
I just wanted to tell you that the complaint is completely free of charge, and we will never take any money from our users. We always fight for fair play, and whenever we achieve it, it is our award. 😉
Why does Woopwin actually have such a high security rating? I haven't seen a single review or complaint on Casinoguru where Woopwin has ever responded. I don't mean any harm, I just wanted to ask, as this also puts pressure on the casinos to be more responsive and provide assistance.
Well, 7.2 is not that high, to tell the truth, but I understand what you mean, of course.
They actually had many complaints resolved, and as I can see, lately there were some unresolved added, so perhaps that is what you're talking about.
