I'm hoping I can get some help here.
I have been playing on woopwin for some time and never had any issues.
I got lucky, and made 4 cashouts in 2 weeks. The first of those for amount €400 never reached my bank account.
The withdrawal was processed on 8/4/22.
After a week, I contacted woopwin to report missing cashout. I was told to wait 5 working days. I did this and contacted them again. They requested transaction date,ID and amount and copy of my bank statement from 8/4/22 till 22/4/22. I provided them and heard nothing.
I have just today been in contact with woopwin again, I've been told, I have to wait 11 working days. I was also told by chat agent that she couldn't do anything and then I was disconnected from the chat.
Not sure what I should next..
Any advice/help would be much appreciated

sorry to hear about your issue.
I checked unresolved complaints and found that this casino does not cooperate with our complaint team hence some players were not paid. Sadly those complaints are the fresh ones so I reckon that even if you submit your complaint too we will only be waiting if they cooperate or not.

Frankly, this is not a decent casino:
I play myself or rather I played at Woopwin. I have a mega complaint against the running but it will fizzle out anyway. I was online and saw my money bets coming off. With a profit of 2000 €, there was suddenly nothing to see because a message came up saying I was inactive! Yes and I was supposedly offline.. Despite being online.!!! It's also hilarious that nothing can be proven. Customer service and the so-called license holder are not willing to clarify and are not aware of any fault
Ich selber spiele oder besser gesagt habe ich grspielt bei Woopwin. Eine mega Beschwerde habe ich gegen die laufen aber es wird eh im Sande verlaufen. Ich war online und sah wie von meinem Geld die Einsatzwetten abgingen. Bei einem Gewinn von 2000 € war aber plötzlich nichts mehr zu sehen da ein hinweis kam ich sei inaktiv! Ja und ich war angeblich offline.. Trotz online.!!! Urkomisch auch das nichts nachweislich vorzulegen geht. Kundenservice und sogrnannter lizenzinhaber geben sich nicht Klärung bereit und sind keiner Schuld bewusst
I'm sorry, but it is always quite hard to prove that something like that happened to the player. I'd say that only the game provider can help in this case.

I contacted woopwin first. Then I contacted the license operator, i.e. the game provider, in writing. But no reply has come from there. No matter how I twist and turn it, I keep seeing the picture in front of my eyes. How I play and win with my bet €735 (2000) and suddenly the win is gone again and I only have my starting balance. And then they want to tell me I was logged out for no apparent reason.
Ich habe woopwin zu erst kontaktiert. Dann habe ich den Lizenz betreiber sprich Spielanbieter schriflich kontaktiert. Doch von dort kam bis heute keinerlei Antwort. Egal, wie ich es drehe und wende, immer wieder sehe ich das bild vor augen . Wie ich mit meinem Geldeinsazz 735 € spiele ind gewinne (2000) und plötzlich der Gewinn wiedrweg idt und ich nur meinen anfangsbestand habe. Und dann will man mir sagen ich war abgemeldet ohne erkennbaren Grund.

Since January 9th, 2024 there have been 815 euros in my account to be paid out via bank transfer
As of today, January 19, 2024, no payment has been made.
The chat constantly "puts you off" - all promised dates for the final exam have passed. Emails to customer support have not even been responded to.
What else can you do?
Would it be a solution to cancel the payout and re-enter it or is that nonsense?

Seit 09.01.24 stehen in meinem Account 815 Euro zur Auszahlung per Banküberweisung
Bis heute 19.01.24 wurde keine Auszahlung veranlasst .
Vom Chat wird man dauerhaft "vertröstet" alle versprochenen Termine zur finalen Prüfung sind verstrichen. Auf Mails an den Kundensupport wurde bisher nicht einmal reagiert.
Was kann man noch tun ?
Waere es eine Lösung die Auszahlung zu stornieren und neu ein zu geben oder ist das Quatsch ?

And no, I would not cancel the withdrawal if I were you. Actually, I would ask the casino for some time frame or perhaps the transaction code once the casino says it was carried out. 🤔

Woopwin and betoriginal became one, I have played with both before and now of course only play with woopwin casino. I have never had any problems with woopwin, super fast deposits and withdrawals, payouts between 1-3 days. Mhhh.... Yes, now I have a payout of €10,000 (5x2000€), the highest so far (previously it was around €500-1000), but nothing has happened for 3 days.... I hope the trust and positive opinion stays and they don't abuse it and pay it out. Otherwise I have had no problems with other Starscream.ltd providers and have paid out.

Ich hoffe das Vertrauen und die positive Meinung bleibt und die Mißbrauchen es nicht und zahlen dies aus. Sonst hatte ich auf anderen Starscream.ltd Anbietern auch keine Probleme und habe ausgezahlt.

I have great news, my withdrawals have been approved , they paid me the full €10,000 (5x2000€) . After 5 days without any problems or complications.
I never would have expected this and I am extremely excited, happy and full of joy as this is the first time I have received such a large sum.

Damit hätte ich, nicht und niemals gerechnet und ich bin mega aufgeregt, froh und voller Freude, so eine hohe Summe habe ich zum ersten Mal bekommen.
