I had the same problem €2400 and I made 3 withdrawals, 1 of €250 and 2 of €500 since the maximum is 3, after 3 days they gave me €250 then nothing for 2 weeks and more....at that point I played again €1900 after losing them I requested a €500 withdrawal and after 3 days they gave them to me....

I don't know how they work, but I think if you win a lot, they try to make you play them again.

Then I managed to win another €500 and I got it but you should wait to see if they give it to you by sending reminders every now and then....

If after a long time they don't give you anything, try cancelling and making smaller withdrawals without getting caught up in the game.... after a long time maybe they'll give them to you.... I recommend you wait even 3 weeks, at least 2 without playing anything at all before trying to cancel, play something again and withdraw like 400 or 500, just wait for it to arrive and then make the second one

No, it's not good because you win easily compared to AAMS, it practically pays at least 10 times as much if not more. However, of the 2400 won, I only had 500 after 2 weeks because I replayed €1900 in 1 evening.....if you win a lot they delay a lot, maybe 1 month for a withdrawal of €500.....usually I have never had these delays with any casino I have tried apart from a couple of terrible ones.

I'm waiting for my funds and then I'm closing everything, terrible casino, I don't recommend it at all

May I ask if your account is already fully verified there, and what does the support say about the withdrawal, please?

Wonaco Casino is unfortunately disappointing. They emphasize that withdrawals take up to 3 business days. I waited 10 days for my first withdrawal of PLN 300 and then canceled it. Now I have PLN 8,000 to withdraw, with a single withdrawal limit of PLN 2,000. I requested a total of PLN 1,990 and have been waiting for 14 days, and still nothing!! Support keeps telling me to be patient and that the matter has been treated as a priority. Unfortunately, they are doing nothing about it and the withdrawal is still in my account. Please help, as this is very irritating on their part.I will only add that the win was made without any bonuses.In the verification tab, it says that your account does not require any verification.

May I ask, though, why you canceled the first withdrawal?

Also, have they sent you any kind of explanation about why the delay if verification is not needed, as you said?

Of course, I canceled it because it was a small amount of exactly 300 zlotys and I waited for 9 days. Later, from that 300 zlotys, I made 8 thousand zlotys and today I have been waiting for my payment for 15 days. Along the way, I wrote to them 4-5 emails regarding my payment, and in each email, I received a similar response apologizing for the delay, asking for patience, and saying that my payment is secure. I have screenshots of all the conversations.

Well, I'm glad to see you've found your style; however, I would consider the other user experiences. Would you be happy waiting more than two weeks for your payout? Just saying! 😀

I have a pending withdrawal of 250 euros from November 30th. The request was successful, but they say it's a shame the money still hasn't been seen.

I requested a deposit via Bitcoin Cash on Hype.

When I called back this morning, they even copied and pasted the data, saying there were problems with my credit cards... too bad I requested a withdrawal on bitcoin, not on my card.

I want to speak out in favor of wonaco... I had a second withdrawal of 450 euros that arrived in just 4 days... with the first withdrawal some mistake was made, maybe even on my part, but I can't figure out where this money ended up.

I won over €1000 and I'm waiting and waiting for the payout. They say it would take 3-5 days for the money to arrive in the bank. After a week, nothing has been processed, and even after processing, it's supposed to take another 3-5 days. That's their trick – they simply don't process it so you keep playing.

Nothing's happening with the payout, so what are we supposed to do with it? You're not getting any money anyway, so you might as well just play it down. That's their tactic, and most of us will do just that: cancel the payout and keep playing.

And after I'd played through the 1000 euros in 10 minutes, I felt better. Finally, this constant worrying about whether I'd get my money or not was over. It had even been automatically canceled, and support just said, "Yeah, that sometimes happens," or that the bank had rejected the payment. Screw the 1000 euros, the main thing is peace and quiet.
