I checked solved complaints and the waiting time varies, but it is quite long - approx. 3 weeks I'd say.

The standard period is 2 weeks. If you don't receive a pending withdrawal within 2 weeks, then there's something strange going on.
They said in the KYC email that it takes up to 48 hours, which are now over.
I've already sent an email to support, and nothing came.
If they just let themselves be celebrated so that I screw up everything and it takes 2 weeks, then I don't care either, I'm steadfast.
What are my options in an emergency?

Hab schon schon ne Nachricht per Mail an den Support geschrieben, da kam auch nix.
Wenn die sich einfach feiern lassen damit ich alles verballere und das 2 Wochen dauert, dann ist mir das auch egal, bin standhaft.
Was hab ich im Notfall für Optionen?

I played at locowin with a bonus, I wagered the full amount and now when I wanted to withdraw it, they canceled everything except the 20 euro deposit, saying that I was playing a game that I shouldn't have been allowed to play at Bonus. Normally there is a message that you can't play the slot with an active game, I mean even in the loading screen, it's actually not possible to play something wrong. The slots are blocked because there are sometimes so many that it would be absurd if everyone had to look at every slot they played or had to be unsure whether it was allowed if there were sometimes 3k + slots in the casino... ..I make false excuses on the part of the casino. They should all die on the money they embezzled!!!!
normal kommt da ne Meldung , dass man mit einem aktiven Spiel den Slot nicht spielen kann, ich meine sogar schon im Ladescreen, das geht eigentlich gar nicht was falsches zu spielen. Die Slots sind geblockt, weil es sind ja teilweise so viele , das wäre ein Unding, wenn jeder bei jedem Slot den er spielt kucken müsste bzw. unsicher sein müsste ob der erlaubt ist , wenn es teilweise 3k + Slots im Casino sind.....ich sage falsche Ausreden seitens des Casinos. Die sollen alle an ihrem Geld das sie unterschlagen verrecken !!!!

How did it end up for you? Would be interesting to hear how they solved the situation. I mean seems like you played a forbidden game which I guess is the reason why they canccelt the withdraw. Have the same issue in another Casino and there is also a complain open with the complains team...
