Great. Thank you for the update.

We'll be waiting with you as well.

I hardly know where to begin…

I have made several deposits on the website in question – always without any problems. Since my partner and I have joint finances, I have used her card on a couple of occasions. However, 90% of all deposits have been made with my own cards – never without any problems.

Now when I try to make a withdrawal the problems start. It is worth noting that this is only the third withdrawal I have made in total; the previous two went through without any problems.

Now the casino is doing everything it can to delay the process and avoid paying out my withdrawal. Below are their requirements for a simple withdrawal:

A color copy of the credit/debit card **14 // **62 // **72 that you used to top up your account (front and back). For security reasons, only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card must be visible. The digits on the back and the CVV number must also be covered.

So they want me to send all the cards I've used as deposit methods - okay. I agree of course and think this should solve it. But no, it continues.

A color copy of the credit/debit card **62 that you used to top up your account (back). For security reasons, only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card must be visible. The digits on the back and the CVV number must also be covered.

Please note that the card's expiration date must be visible.

Color copy of XX XX's passport/ID card.

Selfies of XX XX with your passport/ID card in front of our website wintopia.com.

Apparently, all the credit card copies weren't enough – now they had to find new reasons not to pay out my money. So what do I do? Of course, I send all these photos too: passport, ID card, selfies and all three bank cards again. What does it say then?

Please note that XX XX must take a selfie with his/her passport against the background of our website. You can see the example attached to the letter.

So now they ask for another set of selfies. But they make a mistake by first saying that XX XX should take a picture with my passport, and then writing that it should be taken with her own passport.

I

It is clear that this is about delaying the process and avoiding paying out my money.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed, as I thought I had found a site that handled deposits and withdrawals smoothly, where I could play for large amounts. But apparently all the reviews on Trustpilot and on this site are true.

I will probably never see my 500 euros again 🙁

What makes this even worse is that I have deposited a total of around 2,000–3,000 euros in just two weeks, and I usually gamble for large amounts.

I'm fine with KYC - it's an important tool that must be used. However, I had already completed KYC when I joined, and based on that verification, it was fine for the casino to accept a large number of deposits.

When it came time to make a withdrawal, the problems suddenly started. And for every single action and document I submit (once they see that I actually have access to everything they ask for), they come back with new demands, each one more unusual than the last.

Being asked to take pictures of myself while holding documents in front of a computer screen and showing their website is simply absurd.

Hello, I saw in the past that the casino needed players to take such pictures due to their joint accounts.

To be honest, it is quite common under such circumstances; most globally licensed casinos require this eventually.

On the other hand, I'd say the whole organization wasn't well prepared and pretty much sounds like improvisation of a sort.

I admire your and your partner's patience in this. I totally do!

Sometimes a brief verification call would be much easier for both sides.

Can you guys ask management whats with their cashout restrictions?

It seems like a casino made for very small low betters.

Max cashout $750 a day and $1500 a week?

I deposit $200 and win $1000 or something..it takes like a week to be paid and im not going to redeposit while I have a withdraw.

Super annoying and its across their 3 casino. Allspins, flappy and wintopia.

Hello, is it possible that this is one of those operators who changed the limits recently? I'm asking because the last information we received indicated the following:

Withdrawal limits:

per month €10,000

per week €5,000

per day €2,000

(Dated on October 2025)

Could perhaps also some sort of VIP level get involved? I saw a few similar scenarios lately; all is possible, I reckon.

What did you find out, please?

I have no idea. I deposit $600 a week. And when I win im only allowed to cash out $750..then a few days later $750..Then I cant cashout again for awhile.

I ask them to pay me and they just give me some automated response.

Oh, if only casinos would take the time to provide proper explanations. I'd like to ask you a favor; could you please share any non-automated responses you receive from the casino? It would be fantastic to have something specific visible. I could also forward that to my colleagues.

I can keep speculating, but facts remain facts. And as a casino customer, you should be informed as to why this is happening.

Wintopia is completely worthless. They deliberately delay payouts.

Avoid.

VIP Level 7 - Benefits include a maximum payout of 500 Euros, but you have to wait 3-4 business days for the payout - currently no personal manager - so VIP status is not worth it!!!

Today is the fourth business day, almost a week in, and my Wintopia withdrawal is still pending and hasn't been processed! I've sent several emails, and my withdrawal request has been prioritized, but nothing is happening. I'm a Level 7 VIP customer, and the withdrawal amount is only €400!!!

Since we are writing in another thread about this situation, I will reply there when you post an update. But of course, you can also post updates here for other users.

Where can I find the thread?

You also wrote about the Winstoria casino and exactly the same situation. Does that mean that you only have this problem at the Wintopia casino and not at the other casino, Winstoria?

This is important because if you write about both casinos in the thread and it didn't happen to you at both casinos, but only at one, then I'll have to move it.

Withdrawals are being held. I've sent several emails. They claim it's being processed. Stay away from this casino!

Hi, first of all, I would like to say that we have this casino listed as closed. Are you playing at this particular casino and is it reopened?

As for the withdrawal, why are they held, did you get any response? How long has the casino been processing them?

The casino is open, but unfortunately, as a VIP customer, you have to wait forever for a payout, even though it should be faster for VIPs, but it isn't. The maximum payout is €500, even for VIP customers. So, no advantages.

Thanks, I'll tell our team to adjust the review.

Anyway, when it comes to your withdrawal, you say it takes a long time, but how long exactly? I see that the withdrawal limit is 500, which I think is quite low if you're a VIP. So what are the benefits of being a VIP?

deus

So, at least three business days. The last withdrawal request is dated January 31st and the withdrawal hasn't been processed yet. According to Wintopia, it's being processed. So today is day four. The benefits are laughable compared to my deposits.

VIP Level 7 payouts are incredibly slow, with endless processing delays, etc. Always some excuse. Currently no manager available 😂 Maximum payout is €500 😂 Unfortunately, that's how it is.

Thanks for clarifying. I would just say that weekends are often not counted in the processing time, so it's not that bad.

But as for the VIP level and the fact that you're at 7, I don't see much benefit in that if you have such a low limit.

Let's wait and see how it develops.
