Hi, I see that you've already filed a complaint about this problem, so we'll see what can be done. The best thing would be if the casino would tell you what the problem is and if it's in the language, you could have it translated. But since they don't answer you, I'm not sure you know what the real issue is. Have you had any new information since you wrote this ?

They verified after all, but have not sente.the money yet. They still wait so hopefully by next week they will send me the amount owed. I have not touched the amount so all is good.

They paid me after all the first amount still owed 103 euros hopefully they pay that too thanks Jaro.

They paid me all owed amount except for 56 euros, which I expect next few days until Friday hopefully after that I will close topic as there will be no outstanding amount left.

Hi casino guru,


My problem with wintopia started like this.

I entered in sport welcome bonus and after two three matches played some restrictions were putted to my account and from that moment i couldn’t play with full money.

From 50€ the max bet i was reduced to 1€.

So it would be impossible to play and to finish the rollover.


I asked for explanation and they didn’t said me nothing


Can you please help me?

I would surely suggest to get in touch with the support and try to find out the reason for doing so.
