We made our first inquiry on August 22, 2023, and have continued to communicate to this day, but WinsRoyal has no intention of making any withdrawals.

My balance of $10,313 has been refused withdrawal for more than 3 months.


They intentionally delayed account verification for nearly two months, and even after verification was completed, they evaded payment due to problems with the withdrawal system.


The amount of $983.25 that is currently being applied for is also the amount that was applied for on 17/11/2023.

I received a reply that payment would be completed within 72 hours, but this request was not honored and has been left unattended to this day.

how is it possible the casino confiscate 2500€ wins wich i won fairly ?

i knew my country was restricted and i contacted them and they told me to use vpn .multiple times i told them in the chat that my country is not listed every time he tells me to use vpn .now i have to lose 2500€ because i filled in a random country as recident .how is it possible these casinos state restricted countries but they allow you to use vpn ?i am very frustrated right now this is 4 times in a row wich made me lose 10000€ in a row .why curacao is not doing something to stop these criminals ripping off players?

i closed my previous acount on casino guru for a private reason i think my acount was hacked .i got to much promotion emails .i hope this one will stay clean!!!

Hi, according to what I've seen on our website the casino allows the use of VPN. I can see from your screenshot that the chat operator told you that you can play from the Netherlands. 

Actually, if your country was restricted and the operator told you that you can play from there, then according to us the casino should pay you - you can read about it in our fair gambling codex.

However, did the casino tell you to fill in any country when you registered ? 

Anyway, in this case I would recommend a complaint, which you can file here and our team will try to help you.

curacao gaming interveined in this case and forced the casino to proceed with the payment .the casino agreed to pay .after 3 days the casino sent 494€ to my acount and now 5 days later no response to emails at all to proceed with the remaining balance 2000€..Because the casino accepted my phone number at registering were the country was listed but i could not find the country in the list when i was prompted to fill in the country i live .i contacted chat again about this and he told me just to use ierland or new zealand so i chose a more familliar name netherlands carribean. it seems casino do not honour licensee rule and own agreement.can you help with this?shall i fill in a complaint?

Yes, I understand what you are writing. But when the licensing authority intervened and the casino paid you some money, the authority decided that they should pay you everything ? Did you try to write again that they only paid you a certain amount? 

If you are interested you can file a complaint, but if you have already dealt with the authority I would try to even follow up with them.

Yeah this website is a scam. Same thing happened to me, they will never pay you out.


Its crazy that it has such a high rating. We have to tell people the truth so nobody else gets scammed by these incels

Hello. Sorry you have to go thru this kind of experience and it's really nice you want to share it with others, even though probably is better to know the outcome of the whole situation. Don't you think so? This casino is still "fresh" and not proven by time, so hopefully our complaint team will be able to help you out. And later on we can talk about the rating, or safety index, as we call it now. I will keep my 🤞 for sure.

I registered my account here recently, and receiving a verification email took one day. I enjoy it, therefore, I log in every day. I won more than $100, even though I didn't have to deposit any money. This is something I will most certainly recommend to all of my friends, and the customer support is quite quick. this seems like a normal, non boted, real human reply with their honest feelings about casino. i believe it, for sure…

its definitely not casino representatives trying to scramble and save the terrible reputation this casino has (deservably so since they scam people out of their money)

I can see why your review has been rejected actually. Have you tried to write the review from more accounts, perhaps? Our system has detected some similarities, actually, and we always try to keep the reviews real, if you know what I mean.
