That's definitely not right if they don't have a reason for it, but I disagree with what you're saying. If our team is helping you and you write about it on the forum, the resolver won't get to it.
So if you want that your complaint has any effect, then yes, it's important where you write it.
They don't pay, they are an organized crime group that exploits honest players. They have many sister casinos where the same agents answer the same questions. They convert deposits into crypto currency to prevent getting caught. The only thing I still don't understand is how they got the big game makers into their scam organization.
Hey, I would say you don't need to be skeptical yet. You're obviously not the only one waiting, and we're giving the casino 14 days to resolve this withdrawal process.
From what I've seen, you've already filed a complaint, so it's under review, and I believe our team will get to it soon. If they don't pay you, I'll contact the casino.
If they're only telling you basic things, I know it's not pleasant, but you'll have to be patient.
Can you handle it?
You seriously think these scammers would pay anyone. The casino customer service says they have a Curacao license when in reality they only operate from Curacao, but there is no license. That says a lot. Google search can't find this casino etc.. endless list. But it's worth just bombarding customer service endlessly maybe then they will disappear forever
We try to help them with complaints, so if the casino has not paid you your money and you feel that there was no reason for it, it did not give a reason, etc., file a complaint.
If the casino does not resolve it or respond to us and it remains unresolved, the casino's safety index will go down.
We also have bad casinos here, because our goal is not to promote them, but to provide information about them.
This specific safety index is currently below average + it does not have a license, so I personally would probably not deposit money there.
Some players are not satisfied even if the casino has a safety index of 0.1, but I feel that they play there anyway.

been waiting a while for my withdrawl with response from customer support basically saying they can do anything and I'll be contacted by management, no such thing happened, I'm fully KYC verified and at this point am assuming I'll never receive my funds.
