I guess that if you have been playing in casinos quite a lot, you know from my answers that unless you successfully authenticate yourself, you won't even get a withdrawal. So first it will be important to find out what is behind the rejection documents, but if the casino doesn't tell you anything it's a misery. If you keep getting them rejected and you don't know what to do next, definitely file a complaint because they are pretty vague about what they need or want. Especially if the chat tells you one thing and the other is written on the page.

I believe that all you are supposed to do is to send them the pdf formated document from your bank that you have received. Right?
