We see that the first withdrawal was requested: Feb 21, 2025, 10:16
Please note that it "takes at least 3 business days to process; counted from the day after the request was made", which is Feb 24.
Also note that "this time frame does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays."
We have had some technical issues with our third-party payment provider, hence the delay, for which we sincerely apologize.
But don't worry, everything looks good on our side, and hopefully you will receive your money by the end of the day or tomorrow.
