It been another 2 weeks and still no help after my second follow up to Wazamba Casino's Support team about the withdrawal issue.

Yeah I feel this Casino have got away with my money.

Yes indeed, I was able to get in touch with their support team who said they will pass on the matter to their finance team to help me out. I communicated through email with their finance team and they asked for screen shots and I provided but weren't given a respond after that and that all, don't think I'd be getting my withdrawals anytime from this scam casino.

Someone on Instagram sold me an algorithm, I entered by reference to this wazamba casino, recharged 180 soles and this person sold me the algorithm on the first try, I did it wrong, on the second try I did it right. Of the 180 s that I invested, I earned 609 s apart from what I invested, although according to the person I had to earn from 2,000 to 3,000 s. Why does that happen? I was also able to withdraw without problem@ . The account of the person who sold me the algorithm was disabled, so my question is, did that algorithm work? I wasn't scammed? That money entered my account and normally I was able to withdraw it and spend it. I'm a bit confused because they always say that these algorithms are fraudulent 🥲

I fear that anyone who sells such algorithms is trying to scam people. Social media are full of such attempts.

No one can make sure you'll win in the casino and if so, it would be against the rules, so there is still a big chance that even if you win, you'll face some kind of issues. Is it worth it?

If ever such a 100% successful algorithm ever existed, I guess we would have witnessed tons of unexpected and amazing wins, don't you think?

As I found, you've created the complaint, that's great! Through this feature, the complaint handler will ask the casino to present proof. Then we shall see what can be done, whether the prof is valid.

Kindly give it some time though.

All these bad reviews of not paying early is overwhelming...it's put new players off...no gambler wants there funds stuck for that long...alot of casino payout within 24 hours... how they got perfect casino rating here is surprising to me.. pathetic

I would say the explanation is pretty direct. We calculate the casino's reputation solely on proven facts we are able to collect and verify.

I made a test withdrawal of 40 euro to see if what some people wrote about it being a good casino is true. but from what it seems this casino is the worst I have ever played. don't put money there they say withdrawals are made inside 1-3 days and I see that this is not the case, i.e. if someone wins 100 200 300 euros, it will take a year for the withdrawal to be approved.

As you say, you made a test with €40. So, how do you know a withdrawal of €300 would take a year? 🙂

Allow me to say that I would be extremely cautious every time someone suggests a working algorithm created to "defeat casinos" and provide granted winnings. It is mostly a scam practice, if such a tool exists, do you really believe the lucky owner would offer this "holy grail" through Telegram?

Wazamba sent me an offer on Thursday 22/06 to reopen my account with 100% bonus up to 400 euros with 5x wagering. I took that offer wagered the bonus and managed to take the account to a total of 4.1k by Saturday. By Sunday I also had some big wins on QuickWin which is a casino of the same company and took my account from 700 euros to 2200 euros. On Monday 26/06 18:00 they sent me an email from Wazamba because I failed to send them the docs for verification (???) which they never requested and the account at that point was open for 4 days. They took all my wins from wazamba (3.7k) and returned my deposit. After that they closed my account in Quickwin without any reason at all and took 100% of my money there (2.2k). Minedu i had opened an account in quickwin on June 9th so 17 days ago! One day later they said the same reason for QuickWin that I failed verification which they also never asked for!!! And they claim because of their Term 6.6.4 which states that they can request for documentation in order to withdraw and I need to send the docs within 30 days otherwise the account will be closed and profits will be withheld!!!! I had an account for 17 days and they closed it because I failed to deliver the required documentation after 30 days that they had requested them (???) I guess I'm a time traveller now. Weirdest part is that on the same day I had accepted a similar offer from one of their other casinos 7signs to reopen and take the bonus and was about to deposit. Next day when they had banned me from all of their casinos they were wondering from 7sign how come I hadn't deposited yet!!!??? Any suggestions on what to do since they went ahead and stole 6.3k of my money?
