Hey, 8 days sounds pretty serious. Especially if the casino gave a deadline that they didn't meet. However, I must mention that we give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal request. 

Anyway, is this your first withdrawal ? Do you already have a verified account with the casino? 

Although it is definitely not pleasant, I would recommend to wait until the mentioned time and if nothing has moved and you have not received the money nor a reply from the casino, I would suggest a complaint. 

Therefore, would it be possible to be patient for a while and try to communicate with the casino again to see if they can give a more concrete answer than just that it is being handled by a financial expert ? 

Yes, this is my first payout there and I am verified, the casino itself says and it is also in the terms and conditions that a payout of up to €5000 takes a maximum of 5 working days. Since yesterday at noon my payout has been processed but we are now at 6 1/2 working days and no one answers me or helps me. Yesterday someone from Vulkan Vegas replied to me here in the forum that he is checking and trying to speed things up since then but no one has been able to I got an answer to my answer, I don't know of any other casino that takes so long, as I said it's now 9 days and I'm always just put off. If it were about €100-200, it wouldn't matter to me at first, but it's about €2,600, which is a lot of money for me.

and if you don't even stick to your terms and conditions, I find that very sad.

Hmm, that's quite a small limit. Do they have somewhere that they have a daily limit or why do they send you in such small amounts ? I've been playing on Vulkan Vegas for years now and have also had "higher" amounts paid out, upwards of 5k. Sometimes everything always worked out. Now the situation is that I won €800 on October 30th and wanted to withdraw it. The status has now been processing for 9 days. Normally this should not take more than 5 days (usually it was always in the account on the next day of the withdrawal request). Now no one can really tell me anything from support, they just keep saying "we can’t do anything except wait because the payout is done through an external partner". So I ask myself what does that mean? Am I waiting weeks now? Or months? Or what does that mean? Does anyone have similar experience?

I definitely won't make any deposits until I receive my money.

I understand that, and it seems strange to me as well. As far as the 14 days are concerned, they are counted from when you made the withdrawal, just to make it more precise. 

However, in this case it would be best if we had some answer from support, but they didn't give you any response as to why it takes longer than usual, which is a pity. However, if you find out something new, please let us know.

I've said before that when you play at Vulkan Vegas it feels almost as if it's scripted as several deposits will play out exactly the same.
