Or you simply have a browser cache problem. Test CTRL+F5.

I've been playing in various casinos for a long time without any problems worth mentioning. Now I'm having trouble with a payout from Vulkan Vegas. It's about €1600. They paid out, but the money didn't arrive. As proof, they gave me a copy of the "Payout Check" sent.
I've already had a number of payments from them without any problems, with one exception. A few weeks ago the money didn't arrive either. They wanted a copy of the account statements and then it worked.
But now you want me to bring written proof (with stamp and signature) from my bank that there was no receipt. At my bank, however, I don't really want to wake up sleeping dogs, I'm not sure whether the "Curacao license" is kosher.

Ich habe bei Denen schon etliche Auszahlungen gehabt,ohne Probleme,bis auf eine Ausname.Vor ein paar Wochen ist das Geld auch nicht angekommen.Da wollten die ne Kopie der Kontoauszüge,und dann hat es funktioniert.
Jetzt wollen Sie aber das ich von meiner Bank einen schriftlichen Nachweis(mit Stempel und Unterschrift) bringe ,das es keinen Eingang gab.Bei meiner Bank möchte ich aber eigentlich keine schlafende Hunde wecken,ich bin mir nicht sicher ob das mit der "Curacao-Lizenz" koscher ist.
Habt Ihr da einen Tip?

I believe the casino is convinced the money was sent already when you claim you have never received those. Well, I'd say you should be able to support your claim as well as the casino.
If I may add, you should also only play in DE-licensed casinos. GGL seems to be pretty strict about that.
