Now that I'm thinking about it, if you have had this kind of horrific experience even here, the best you can do is submit a complaint.
Each unresolved complaint means a certain amount of black points for the casino, and as a result, its safety rating will fall eventually. So, the more, the better.

I was able to withdraw at least until 11/3. That's so true. And the BTC address from which the withdrawal is made is still working little by little.
However, many of the withdrawal addresses in the last few days include freshly made addresses that have not been in operation until now.
The casino may be sending a new BTC wallet to the user who created it. Or maybe they're spreading their funds.
Hi, I am sorry that the complaint could not be resolved and the casino did not reply. However, by doing so, it received black points which affected its rating. I think that if this continues, the casino will soon have a very low rating. We already have a statement that it is "low". Still, I guess it's not enough to get the rating down, but it's at least some satisfaction.
I firmly believe that such a situation will not happen to you in the future and you will avoid such casinos. 😥

Hi, I am very sorry about this whole situation because I see that you had a complaint against this casino, but in the end the casino did not try to resolve it. I don't want to be negative but since this has been going on for over 2 months I am worried if you will get your money. This is also obviously supported by the fact you mentioned that the casino has blocked your account and is not responding to you. I would love to say something positive but I certainly wouldn't want to give false hope.
The most sensible thing to do in this case is to avoid this casino and not to play here anymore.
