Hi, I see from your unresolved complaint that you had a bad experience here and the casino didn't even reply, which is a pity. Nevertheless, are you still in contact with the casino and trying to get your money ? I would say 53 days is too long and I wouldn't think positively anymore.  

I have had a pending withdrawal since the 11th and when I contact them it is the same copy and paste message that they are giving other players. My withdrawal is for less than 50 so I find it hard to believe they have had so many winners that they can't process a withdrawal of this amount in the last two weeks.

There is no way that you will be getting anything out of this casino - they lie about having a licence and they clearly have cash flow issues.
