Well, from what I saw in the complaint it's obvious why the casino thinks both accounts are connected.

Too many same features. Furthermore, many casinos still apply rules saying something like only one account per household/IP, otherwise is considered as creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses. Many no-deposit bonuses are only available once per IP/household - funny right?

Speaking of which, has any of you taken any no-deposit bonus?

If I may provide advice, whenever you both intend to play in the same casino, inform the casino first then undergo the verification to save you such troubles.

Such rules are not strictly fair but are still favored by casinos.

Verde casino insinuated that we even have the same date of birth which is a lie. We have never activated a no deposit bonus. Before I started playing, I read the rules of the site. I was aware that I cannot activate the same bonuses as brother. So I never did. The worst thing is that they insisted on resetting the account balance and no argument reaches them.

If the casino doubts your identity, they should set up a verification call. I feel this is more about the bonus abuse. If so, the casino should consider your gaming and bonus history. Now we're getting to the difference between a well-rated casino and a bad one...

I hope they'll see some reason.

Hello. I also have a confusion regarding Verde Casino winnings withdrawal. I read in your penforim that someone waited 30 days and only promised €1,700 out of €5,000. I also have the last €6,000 to withdraw. I passed the inspection 2 days ago and today I asked how long it takes and what happens to my withdrawals. I was told it would take up to 20 business days. I think it's a lot! I was told that the resignation must be approved by the department. Is there a way to take off faster? I mention that this is my first withdrawal on this site.

Hello.

It's great you passed the verification already. 20 days sound like quite a long time to pay you out, on the other hand, it's better than nothing - meaning the casino is in touch with you.

We allow casinos 14 full days to verify accounts and payout the winnings. So, I would assume you should wait a bit longer. To be sure, when did you submit the first withdrawal request, please?

In case those 14 full days have passed, consider submitting a complaint.

This article explains how it works + this link allows you to create one.

I need your help.

have played at Verde casino and won 2 times the first time 500 euros and the second time 650 euros.

The verification took over a month, then I won the money and got it out within days.

now I have won 14,000 euros without bonus or anything.

I made the first withdrawal on May 24, but it was canceled by the casino because I was going to send in more documents. did that and it was approved so I made another withdrawal and nothing happens.

everything is approved but they just say I have to wait.

6 withdrawals (400 euros each) are still listed as ongoing and with the rest nothing happens, just incomplete

Hello, and congratulations!

I'm happy to see you found your way in! We do indeed provide free support for players in various situations.

On the other hand, we also provide casinos with 14 full days to verify the account, gaming history, and associated stuff, to fulfill the payout also.

If you think something is going wrong, though, feel free to submit a complaint:

https://casino.guru/complaints

I also checked the casino review - not the best one 🙁, and according to it, there are no limits for € withdrawals. May I know what made you create 6 withdrawal requests, please?

Kindly let me know.

I deposit 30€ and I was lucky to win 8.891€.

From here the challenge started. My KYC verification was processed with success in less than 1 hr. Then I read the Terms and Conditions to understand the payout processing time and limitations.

There are the chapters defining the processing time and there is an additional chapter indicating:

8.17. In cases when the amount of your withdrawal request (-s) including current account balance and lifetime withdrawals are at least 20 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you may be limited to 5000 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) for withdrawal during 30 days.

When I asked the casino via chat and via e-mail how long will it take for my first 5000€ to be processed and then after 30 days the rest of 3.891€ they said that 30 days processing time for any withdrawal that I make. Which is not defined in the terms.

That chapter they reffer to only mention that I am limitted to an amount of 5000€ during 30 days but they sustain that this means it will take 30 days for them to process the payout and as well that the chapters with the payment processing time no longer apply to me.

For 5000€ according to the terms the maximum processing time should be 14 days but they say is not applicable for me since my balance is 20 times bigger than my deposits. It’s really just a ping pong with not clear defined terms just interpretations.

I also have to add that the withdrawal is splitted in more than 20 withrawals of 390€. When I asked why they said that the sistem splits them automatically…

Hi, I've read your situation and I can see that it's quite a pitiful situation. We give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal request. 30 days I would say is quite a lot. However, since you mentioned the system has split your withdrawal into 20 withdrawals of €390 each, would it be possible to keep track of whether you get it piecemeal or do you get all the withdrawals at once ?

Anyway, I looked at the casino's safety index and it is quite low. On the other hand, I have seen that the casino is trying to solve its complaints, so if it came to the point that you would also open it, I would be more positive after this finding.

Nevertheless, I would be glad if you would update us on how it is going and if you have received any money yet. Then we will try to help you accordingly. Would that be possible ?

Hello,

I’ve asked them regarding that and the reply I will attach here.

They just say that everything is ok and not to worry but it will take 30 days to be processed without any term that covers this statement. They simply apply unwritten terms over my situation.

If you give me a contact e-mail I can forward all my discussions with them.

And here is what I wrote where I recieved the previously attached resolution.filefilefile

So I have 3 withdrawals:

2 of 100€ - processed today

1 of 8560€ - recieved today 372.52€ while I was supposed to recieve 4800€ as I am limited to 5000€ total per 30 days and the rest next month.

Doesn’t make sense at all what is going on with this casino.

Why they do not respect the terms and conditions for the processing time defined and why they split the payout like this.

I understand it's annoying to wait for such a long time. Especially when we're not talking here about millions of dollars. On the other hand, I'm glad you already received part of the winnings which gives me a signal that you should get the rest as well. It will just take some time.

Maybe you can come back and confirm it actually happened once you get the full amount. What do you think?

Of course, we will be here if you need some help anyway.

On April 10, 2023, I opened an account at Verde Casino through a promotion. I never made a deposit, I just played the promotion.

On November 1st and having already forgotten about this account, I made a deposit of 10 euros at Verde Casino. When I wanted to play and after checking the profile I couldn't register my cell phone number.

I contacted support via chat, informed them of the situation and waited.

I was informed by email that both accounts were blocked as I violated the terms and conditions. The only option was to lose the €10 deposit and that is what happened, with the first account being blocked and the most recent one captive.

I understand the Casino rules for no duplication of accounts but I ask:

I have never had any winnings at this Casino and I have never placed a bet with real money.

I just made a deposit of €10 which I never wagered.

There was honesty on my part with the Casino.

There was no loss or gain for the parties involved other than the fact that they confiscated the €10.

What do you think??

Hi, I noticed that you had a complaint, which was also resolved quite quickly and the casino refunded your deposit of €10 and you can continue to use your account. I'm glad that everything was solved so quickly and it didn't drag on for a long time with further problems.

However, will you stay with this casino even if such a situation has developed ? I only ask because I think they were quick to help you solve the problem and you can continue to play at this casino.

They weren't fast. Only with the help of Casino Guru did they solve it. The speed came from here.

They haven't checked my documents yet. Huge waiting time to be able to get up.

It's not pleasant and from the reviews I've read I don't see any advantage in continuing.
