I must say that as it stands I consider velobets business practices to be deliberately predatory and obstructive considering that none of their communication channels appear to work. I have also self excluded from their sister/umbrella companies, so the fact they even took my deposits is suspect. I have tried 3 different email addresses from the UK and all have bounced back. If there is someone from velobet here I would like to see all my deposits refunded, otherwise I will be looking in to how to warn other players and work towards stopping them from preying on people in the UK.

Hmm, I don't think the casino has to be bad if you're still waiting for the card to be verified, because that's probably why your withdrawal was rejected.
