Hey, I guess I don't quite understand what you're writing. But feel free to tell me more about your experience in this casino. If I understand it at least a little bit correctly, you didn't have a good experience here, could you describe it?

It’s a disgraceful casino who fabricated evidence to casino.guru that claimed I used someone else’s information to sign up despite sending proof of bank account, address, passport, driving license, written letter with name, date and username. All because my front facing camera on my phone is broken. 99% of casinos allow verification in other ways, these do not. I even reached out to their verification provider sumsub who claimed not to have received anything from my name so I’m unsure how the casino received it. Please guys never use this website they will do anything they can not to pay you.

Unfortunately, unless you have proof that the casino manipulated something in the process that would have clearly indicated to Branislav to consider it at the time, there was nothing more that could be done about it. On the contrary, the casino obviously provided what was necessary in this case. 

But if sometime in the future you have a problem with the verification with the camera, the photographer and therefore it is broken, try to get a mobile phone from a friend or family or I do not know who and take a picture of the documents, or take a selfie or anything like that. That's probably one of the few things I can think of to make sure you don't have that problem anymore.

Casinos often don't provide exactly what they found out and how they found it out because then the players could somehow get around it in the future and it wouldn't be worth it for them. 

I'm not sure if I have more to say about this as the case was a close one and although I understand that you are angry, I hope that a similar situation won't happen again.

For the withdrawal I used a Visa credit card, the same one I used for the deposit. After the document verification, the funds arrived within two business days, so in my case the process was fast.

As for high stakes, the main problem is that many games with high RTP were excluded from the bonus, so you had to play on less favorable titles. I noticed that to meet the wagering requirements you had to bet more aggressively, which can become risky. I therefore recommend reading the terms carefully and not getting too carried away by the initial enthusiasm.

Is anyone having withdrawal issues? I’ve used velo for around 15 months and they’ve been great, always pay out quick through sepa and I’ve had dozens of withdraws. I had a successful withdraw on Friday which was less than 18 hours after I requested it so all good. My recent request was labelled success 3 days ago and I’ve still not received anything. Spoke to live chat who are usually pretty good and they’ve just said it’s a known issue and just to wait. They couldn’t provide any proof it’s been sent or any further information which is a bit worrying. Anyone else struggling to get a successful withdrawal?

They emailed me and apologised for the delay there was a temporary internal problem with sepa payments which is now resolved so fair enough.
