If you want to discuss anything related to TrueFortune Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Good evening, well finally I've been emailed saying I'm getting $13.00 back, I previously deposited $25 and they took $47 from my account. After many many emails finally I got an answer, instead of Australian dollars, they went on USA dollars, some reason no NZ dollars. But I'm still waiting for the money to show up in the casino account, nothing yet, probably be another 3 to 4 weeks. But then again if I proceed to email them over 10x a day and not be polite as such it might be there before the end of this week.

Good day to you!
I would ask you to aupdate your complaint first. We can continue in any kind of debate here on the forum, but the complaint's waiting for your answers.
Please, take a look at it now: https://casino.guru/truefortune-casino-player-is-displeased-with-deposit
Hey guys I am a pretty consistent online casino player. I weekly deposit at a minimum of 5 sites that I have won at before and have been able to withdraw effortlessly from.
I have tried truefortune casino games with a small deposit because their games are pretty rare / original and I'd figure I would give them a chance. I just like many others have been waiting patiently for 1 month for my withdrawal and haven't had any luck. Fortunately it's only a few hundred dollares but it's unfortunate that they operate in this fashion. It does look like an unlicensed/ unregulated/ probably illegal business. If I do not get my crypto refunded or my winnings sent I will be filing another 1 star complaint as many others have. These people who think they can scam should be shut down. If enough players file reports together you would think it would make enough noise for action.
Hey there and welcome!
Unfortunately, you came across this site. There are certainly tons of more trustworthy casinos out there.
Have you seen its review perhaps?

I'd say you should submit a complaint straight away, you've waited far too long for my taste - as well as the other unlucky players before you. The more complaints submitted the lower the rating will drop unless the casino changes its approach which sounds quite unrealistic to me.
The contradiction is the casino pays in the end, but with an unscrupulous delay, so the latest complaints are already closed as resolved.
Just a detail: there are no 1-star complaints, I would say you intend to write a 1-star user review, right? - well, the stars have gone it is a bar now.
Anyway, feel free to do so!

I'm from Ohio and got a 10$ free chip. I managed to complete the 4,000 playthrough. The max cash out is 50$. My balance is over that now. I haven't made a deposit yet (which is required for identification) because I just read that Ohio players isn't excepted. So I'm wondering if it's safe to give my bank information to make a deposit so I can withdraw using wire transfer? If anyone has any advice, please let me know.
P.s. the 10$ no deposit was given to me by Gmail.
I live in Ohio.
Hey there!
I see a few issues there. Not only that, I would be a bit hesitant to deposit in order to get $50 under such circumstances. At least confront the support with your concerns, and please mention Gmail.
That's precisely the second thing I'd like to mention. The casino has earned a pretty low safety index 👈, so I would be really skeptical. I'd say, let's get the support involved.
Now that I'm looking at their user reviews 👈, it's not better either 🙁
Anyway, do you like the idea?
Thank you Radka.! But I'm confused still. Are Ohioan's aloud to play or not? Lol. Or was it a scam email . Because I had to say I'm from Ohio when signing up. Had to play through 4,000 with 10$. And I managed to complete it. Lol. I've never came even close anywhere else.
Hello. As Radka already suggested, I would be pretty careful when it comes to this casino🤔. Also would suggest to always check with the casino support if you are unsure of terms, or even if you do not completely understand or know what is written in them. So, what your next step will be, I wonder?
My next step is to not go back onto that casino. It's a rip off as is Paradise 8, Candyland, NYC and all of those casinos like these ones.
Hey! As far as I'm concerned, that's a particularly good step! I mean, have you seen these warnings👈?
I wish you far better experiences in your next favorite casino 😉🐱🏍✨
