Okay, I thought there were more options or that Guru Casino had more capacity to solve these issues.
I'm afraid there's no solution to this. They're a fraudulent casino and they don't want to respond or show their faces. They haven't answered my emails for weeks...

If they don't even answer us then I'm not surprised. Unfortunately there is not much to do when no one from the casino wants to talk. It's a difficult situation and we try to help as much as we can, but some situations are hard to handle even for us.

Not only should the withdrawal limit apply to the entire amount withdrawn, but it should also respect the current limits in effect at the time the player submits the associated withdrawal request. Lowering the limits due to the very same withdrawals is not fair at all and makes no sense. Why would a player deposit at the same time - just to keep the VIP rank at the same level... oh my.
Exactly. And why would you make more deposites if you already have a nice profit, ready to gamble with.
I received some withdrawals now but it took between 7 and 12 days per withdrawal. The last ones were the slowest.
I guess It will take several months before I got it all.

If we were discussing a different casino, I would vote in favor of filing a complaint. We should investigate such a foolish approach, especially since it's free. To be completely honest, though, this site is already recognized as a terrible place to play and I'm not convinced the management cares about fairness much:

I have little faith in that either. I post my messages about TikiTaka to let others learn from my experience. The best thing I think is to at least stop depositing money here, stay calm and wait patiently for the ongoing money requests.
I have only received a small part of my winnings now, but after a couple of weeks I have now received my deposit back and a small profit. So it is not the case that they necessarily take all your deposited money.
We all appreciate your willingness to share even this kind of experience. I am glad to see that you received the deposits, along with a little extra; however, overall, the situation is still very disappointing and every warning shared is a huge help.

Very bad experience. It takes more than three days to let you withdraw money. If you suspend the account with your money, they won't give it back. No verification for withdrawals. They don't let you withdraw decimals, only whole numbers. Disgraceful.

Thanks for your reply, it made me feel like at least someone understands how surreal this has all been.
The truth is, I didn't know they weren't licensed in Spain until I was already stuck in the withdrawal process. A huge mistake on my part, I admit. The decimals left me speechless: I have a balance there that I literally can't touch, and they give me no choice but to play it. It's like they're saying, "Thanks for your money, now go play and see if you lose that too."
So yes, it's just as you say: a full-blown misery marathon. Thanks for putting words and humor into something that was only causing me frustration.

La verdad es que no sabía que no tenían licencia en España hasta que ya estaba atrapado en el proceso de retiro. Grave error por mi parte, lo reconozco. Lo de los decimales me dejó sin palabras: tengo saldo ahí que literalmente no puedo tocar, y no me dan otra opción que jugarlo. Es como si te dijeran: "gracias por tu dinero, ahora vete jugando a ver si lo pierdes también".
Así que sí, es justo como dices: maratón de la miseria en toda regla. Gracias por ponerle palabras y humor a algo que a mí solo me estaba generando frustración.
