Could you please post the URL of the casino where you experienced this?

I have not found a Swiper Casino in our database with an Ontario license, actually. And the one you wrote into its thread here is already closed, you know.

They keep asking for documents and things that are very private and will then just deny them if you submit them. Total scum company intent on making sure you can't withdraw your money when you win (or even if you lose money) fairly. Stay FAR FAR away.

Hi, I see you're going through the KYC process. Which documents do you consider sensitive? Did they also tell you why they're not accepting those documents?

I made withdrawal on 16th August at 9pm. Today it's 19th August 10.30pm. still my withdrawal is not processed.

When I asked customer support. They told 72h is standard policy.

Hello, I understand that all the doubts have been rising up, but based on what you described, we cannot be sure just yet. Is perhaps some sort of verification involved, or are you supposed to withdraw unverified? Standard policy responses may not be the best way to calm down a customer, but I'd say it's not proof of scamming.

Playing in fresh casinos is riskier, but I wouldn't make such concerning assumptions just yet.
