My account is verified (if that means anything). I made by withdrawal on 19th May. I've got an email receipt of confirmation on 22 May. Nothing since. Standard response on Chat. Ignoring emails. By my calculations, the 21 business days is up on 21st June. Will I see my money? My guessing is no, they'll come up with more BS.
I think people get paid with lower amounts, and with their deposited money. If you win more than you've deposited, that's when you don't get your money.
They could be emailing, asking for a different card details (which is dodgy in itself) - as a method of stalling. All payments should be to the same methods of deposit.

I have had payments of £150, £1200 and £300 received - all less than the amount deposited. I've now requested a withdrawal of £2000 (which takes me above my deposited amount) and that's what I'm waiting on.
NB I also have a balance of £7000 on the site (which I can't withdraw as you can only have 1 pending withdrawal). I doubt if I will see a penny from them.
I see. It's a pity that our complaint team is unable to get in contact with the casino, as they are not willing to respond to the complaints, and this way we can not be of any help. I hope you will solve this issue and receive the money. Please keep us informed about the progress of your withdrawal.
I have requested withdrawal a couple of days ago, and was shocked that they will not pay debit card (which was the deposit method) but wanted credit card details, including the three digit number on the back. I am not willing to do this so said can I have wire transfer, but not available in my county (Australia) so I opted for bitcoin. Its only for $150 but from a thirty dollar deposit. I will advise on my progress.
I'm quite sure I read that using debit cards is no longer possible for players from your country. Oh, I found the article, browse it here if you like.👈
Of course, it has nothing to do with the poor Safety Index the casino now possesses, but when put pieces together, I would run away from this one as soon as I get the money.
Hopefully, the process will be smooth for you.
Into day 22 of my 7-21 working day period since my withdrawal. Tried emailing - that just bounced. Latest bullsh1t via their Chat is being told that "finance are now looking at this", "sorry for the delay", "volume of requests" etc. After writing to the same "person" on their chat, I now believe that it isn't a person and some AI - hence all the copy and paste responses. I think we're all done for.
This is a really unpleasant situation. I hope you will move on to a safer casino and won't experience anything similar there. What do you say?
Hi all, happy to say I received my withdrawal in bitcoin today. Not sure I will give them any more money though after reading these reviews. Thanks and bye for now.
This is great. Thank you for sharing the news.
Well, I wouldn't be surprised if you would never come back there to play, of course. There are many better casinos, don't you think?
Hi Romi, sure are better casinos, and pleased I got paid. Not going to play there I don't think.
Hi Ritt, I only chose bitcoin because they wanted my credit card (not debit card) details and I only used debit card to deposit (and usually withdraw). Apparently the rules have changed for Australian players - but other casinos still paying to my debit card. It took less than a week.
