As far as paying out winnings is concerned, there shouldn't be a problem, but I've seen that some players have written about it and even filed complaints, so it's possible that there's some kind of delay or something else going on.

I have three open withdrawal requests of €500 each and another €2,000 in the account.
My first payment request was on March 7th, and the other two were on March 8th and March 9th.
When I inquired at the beginning of the week about when I could expect my payout, I was told that it would definitely be processed this week.
This was revised again today, and they said that my payment is delayed and they cannot tell me when it will be processed.
What can I do? The casino is not adhering to its own terms and conditions.

ich habe drei offene Auszahlungsanträge á 500€ und weitere 2.000€ auf dem Konto.
Mein erster Auszahlungsantrag war am 07.03. und die anderen beiden am 08.03. und am 09.03.
Auf Nachfrage, wann ich mit meiner Auszahlung rechnen kann, wurde mir Anfang der Woche gesagt, dass es auf jeden Fall in dieser Woche bearbeitet wird.
Dies wurde heute wiederum revidiert und gesagt, dass sich meine Auszahlung verzögert und sie mir nicht sagen können wann sie bearbeitet wird.
Was kann ich tun? Das Casino hält sich nicht an die eigenen AGB

Hey, what I would probably do is wait. For example, we give casinos 14 days to resolve withdrawals, and if that doesn't work, then we would try to help you. I know that players don't like delays, but sometimes they can happen. On the other hand, the casino shouldn't just leave the player hanging without giving them any relevant information. However, if they can't give you an exact answer, it's better if they don't say anything than if they delay again and don't keep their word. So, if it's getting close to 14 days, be sure to let us know.

Yes, I saw that quite a few players had similar problems. However, based on the complaints, I also noticed that the cases were recently resolved. I don't want to promise you anything 100% because I don't know how the casino will behave, but I believe it will have a happy ending.
