I see, and I understand where this feeling comes from. A week is quite a long time; however, when a player wins big, it could be the reason for certain delays. Well, it is not certain what happened or why, and I get it must be difficult to accept.
Let's say that if you ever have a similar experience, which I hope you don't, we might be able to help if you don't lose the money for more than 14 days as a start.
Simply put, there are things we can do for you, but they all take time.
I'm sorry it ended like this.

Hello, I get it must have been hard... Well, if there are still some winnings left on your account and the casino is not meeting announced withdrawal limits, you may consider complaining. Let me know if I understood the events correctly; please, maybe there is something Casino Guru can do about it.
Hi. Thanks for the reply. I just wanted to warn other players about this casino. I'm already working on another one. €2500. It's been "processing" for a week now. Polite, but only stalling. And the cancellation button is always flashing brightly. And yes, Spybet didn't adhere to the withdrawal limits. It was even reported as an escalation. But I still gambled it all away. Not the casino. The casino's behavior is shabby, but I'm still playing.
Hi Robert

Hello, I won the turbo slots 81 spin+ bronze jackpot at the casino here, but the game crashed after the win and gave an error and when I returned to the game, it didn't add any winnings to my account. Thank you, here is the replay

Oh, that would annoy me even though I know that sometimes technical problems just happen and there's nothing you can do about it.
Have you tried contacting the casino, explaining the situation to them? If so, did they say they would investigate or did you learn anything? That would probably be the first thing I would do and wait for an explanation.
There is an option to open a complaint with us, but either way, if the casino investigates it with the game provider, we will have to wait for that too. The important thing is that they really do it.
I'll leave the decision up to you, but we'll have to be patient.
Here is a link where you can open it and here is a guide where you can find out what you can expect from a complaint.
I can't say exactly how long it might take, the casino should be able to answer that. But I don't think a week is a terribly long time.

Anyone else who also played at spybet Casino(novaforge ltd)? I have recently noticed they have shut down operation. I have loads of money that still needs to be withdrawn. What is the chance i will get my money or will they disappear?
i had a look at casinosecrets.lol, but only found kingmaker, playzilla, vegasino. Who is i believe related to spybet as i dealt with the same VIP managers across al 4 platforms. It seems that there is absolutely nothing to be found about spybet on casinosecrets.lol.
Any advice or assistance is welcome. Thank you in advance.

I would also like to ask whether Casino Guru has come across similar situations in the past where an online casino shuts down its operations, informs customers that they should email support if they have outstanding funds, but the customers never end up receiving their money.
Just to clarify, I do not have any pending withdrawal requests. I had a substantial balance of €66,761.25 in my SpyBet account when the casino announced that it was shutting down. I have screenshots showing my account balance as evidence.
I would be particularly interested to hear from anyone who has experienced a similar situation, or whether Casino Guru has handled complaints involving casinos that closed under these circumstances and failed to return customers’ remaining balances.
Thank you in advance for any information or advice.
Hi Will96,
You know we have many experiences with casinos whose business was shut down without prior notice or with casinos that keep accepting new registrations and deposits while the rest of the page is dead. However, I would not go that far, since we do not know the details just yet.
It's fair to say that we don't have special skills in collecting withdrawals from closed casinos; our mediation relies on communication, which is in most cases not possible when the brand is no more active. Just as I said, though, I would not go that far ahead just yet.
What we already know is that the casino is unfair and problematic with specific withdrawals. Your previously unresolved case helps, by the way. I mean this one 👈 To be honest, to me, it seems like the casino won't particularly allow you to withdraw; otherwise, we would have a forum and complaints full of other players with delayed withdrawals, or at least someone else would complaint too. This is really a weird situation but I would definitely stop deppositing in this casino, if I were you.
