I had a very bad experience with this casino. They promote bonuses that are misleading and difficult to use, with terms that are not clearly explained. After I claimed a bonus, I faced problems that made it almost impossible to benefit from it.
On top of that, their customer support is terrible. The support team did not respond to my emails at all, and the live chat agents were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of solving problems, they gave generic answers and showed no interest in helping.
Overall, this casino is not trustworthy, and I strongly advise others to avoid depositing money here. There are much better and fairer casinos out there that actually value their players.

I have to agree with WALI19, the bonuses are poorly explained. For example: I clicked on the weekly bonus of 50% on sports and deposited the required amount, I had 1 spin on Crabs, which I did, and from that I won 30 free spins on Shark, so I spun those 30 spins, from that I won 20 CZK, so I spun those 20 CZK, but when I finished, I found out that I no longer had 500 CZK in my account, but 480 CZK, which I bet on sports with odds greater than 1.5. And when I asked for the 50% weekly bonus in the chat, they told me that we were entitled to it because I lost that amount in the casino. It's a trap for the client, so that they don't have to pay you the bonus you are entitled to, so they give you another bonus that cancels it and you get what they call shit. And as for the chat, it's also worth it 💩, the people in the chat are trained 🙉.

Např: já si kliknul na týdenní bonus 50 % na sport a vložil požadovanou částku, mel jsem 1 zatočení na Crabs což jsem učinil a z toho jsem vyhrál 30 zatočení zdarma na Shark tak jsem těch 30 otáček protočil z toho jsem vyhrál 20 Kč tak jsem i těch 20 Kč protočil, ale když jsem ukončil tak jsem zjistil, že na účtu už nemám 500 Kč, ale 480 Kč, které jsem celé vsadil na sport z kurzem větším než 1,5. A když jsem na chatu požádal o ten 50% týdenní bonus, tak mi sdělili že na něho nám nárok, jelikož jsem tu částku prohrál v casinu. Je to past na klienta, aby nemuseli vám vyplácet bonus na který máte nárok, tak vám dají jiný bonus, který to zruší a máte z toho tak zvané hovno. A co se týče toho chatu, tak taky stojí za 💩, lidé na chatu jsou cvičené 🙉.

Povedal by som, že bonus by som vždy bral len jeden a kým by som ho neskončil ďalší by som neaktivoval, pretože to je často problém v mnohých kasínach. Nech to vyzerá akokoľvek dobre. Ak by som niečo neorzumel vždy by som sa opýtal predtým ako ho použijem, či som bonus pochopil správne.
K chatu sa asi nemám čo vyjadriť o tom sme sa spolu už bavili.
