Hello, of course. Please follow this link and proceed with the complaint form. 👈👈
Please add a screenshot of the withdrawal history or any other documents showing the rejected attempt. Describe the events in detail, including the timeline, and include any feedback from the casino as well.
The First Response Team will then review the request.
Perhaps it looks complicated at the first glance, but it's not that difficult. If you struggle at any point, just reply to me here on the forum, and we'll find a way through. 😉
Hi. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this problem with your withdrawal.
How long exactly have you been waiting for the money? Is this your first withdrawal from this casino, or have you successfully withdrawn there before?
Also, did you have to complete verification, or was that not required?
Thanks for the clarification.
The fact that you're already verified and have successfully withdrawn from Spinsy before is at least a positive sign, as it means this isn't your first completed withdrawal there.
Since you're currently discussing the issue directly with the casino, I would give them the opportunity to explain or resolve it first. If that doesn't lead anywhere, then submitting a complaint with us would certainly be an option.
The only thing I'm still not sure about is how long this particular withdrawal has been pending. We normally allow casinos up to 14 days to process a withdrawal, so the exact waiting time is quite important here.
For now, I would also avoid cancelling the withdrawal while you're trying to resolve the situation with them. Let us know how the discussion with the casino develops.
Hello, the casino has now cancelled the payout without giving any reason, just before the end of the 2 weeks.
As with almost all casinos, the live chat is unable to provide a reasonable answer.
I requested the withdrawal again, but I fear that the Noforge casino group is experiencing financial difficulties. Therefore, I advise against playing at any of the group's nearly 100 casinos or depositing even a single euro.
Just my opinion
About two weeks ago, I requested a withdrawal. I'm aware that this can sometimes take a while at casinos in the Noforge group. After a week, I inquired via live chat, but only received pre-written answers, which is also typical of casinos in this group. They can forget about their live chat service. I inquired several times, and today the withdrawal was canceled without explanation, and they were unable to tell me why.
In my opinion, this casino group, with its nearly 100 casinos, is in financial trouble, therefore I wouldn't deposit another euro into any of the almost 100 casinos in this group. Just my opinion.
Having the withdrawal cancelled without any explanation after waiting almost two weeks is understandably frustrating, especially since you're already verified and have successfully withdrawn from Spinsy before.
At this point, I think the most important thing is to find out why the casino cancelled it. Simply returning the money without explaining what prevented the payout doesn't really move the situation forward.
If the funds are back in your casino balance, I would avoid playing with them for now. See what explanation the casino gives you and whether they allow you to submit the withdrawal again.
If they don't provide a reasonable explanation or the withdrawal problem continues, let us know. At that point, we can look at the situation again and whether a complaint with us would be appropriate.
Hopefully they'll at least clarify what caused the cancellation this time.
Hello, I've been reading a lot of complaints about this casino lately. On September 7th, I decided to deposit €1400 to see what would happen, and I ended up winning €4500. I'm a Level 1 account, and I'm only allowed to withdraw €500 every 24 hours with a limit of three withdrawals at a time. I have screenshots and screen recordings of everything. I requested my first withdrawal over 48 hours ago, and it's still "under review." I don't intend to touch a single euro. I made the deposit with Revolut and the withdrawal via Revolut bank transfer. I'd like to know if you're aware of any successful resolutions or confirmed withdrawals. If, for whatever reason, I haven't received any money by next week, I'd like to file a complaint and get your help with the case before taking legal action. Thanks for your help.
The first thing that came to mind when I read your post was that you said you had already seen quite a few complaints about this casino, yet you still decided to deposit €1,400 there. I don’t think that’s the best approach a player can take.
In any case, you managed to win, so congratulations on that. We normally give casinos up to 14 days to process a withdrawal and send the money to the player.
So for now, I’d give it some time. If nothing changes after that, the casino keeps ignoring you, and you still don’t receive your money, come back and we’ll see what we can do to help.
So from now on, I’d definitely recommend checking the available information before depositing a relatively large amount of money somewhere.
I think every player wants to minimize the chance of running into problems, and one of the best ways to do that is to do a little research beforehand. Of course, not every problem can be avoided, but players also have some responsibility when it comes to choosing where they play.
I don’t mean this as criticism at all, just as some advice for the future.
