Subject: Request for Global Self-Exclusion and Marketing Removal
Dear Casino Guru team,
I would like to report an issue regarding Spinit Casino.
Due to past problem gambling issues, I no longer wish to receive any gambling-related promotions or offers. However, I continue to receive promotional emails from Spinit Casino, including bonus offers encouraging me to play again.
This is concerning for me because I am trying to stay away from gambling permanently. I have attached examples of recent promotional emails as proof.
Therefore, I would like to request assistance with the following:
1. Permanent self-exclusion from Spinit Casino.
2. Global self-exclusion from all casinos operated by the same company/group.
3. Complete removal of my email and phone number from all marketing communications, including email, SMS, and promotional messages from any brand within their group.
Because of my history with problem gambling, continuing to receive these promotions is harmful and undermines my efforts to stay away from gambling.
I kindly ask for your assistance in ensuring that my details are removed from all marketing databases and that I am permanently excluded from their entire network of casinos.
Thank you for your help.
Kind regards,
Marko
Hello, based on the nature of this form of post, I suggest you inform the casino in the first place. We have been discussing a lot already and thus I have to remind you that here on the forum, such requests merely serve as context but won't be fillfilled.
I understand what you are saying, and thank you for your report.
I am writing to file a complaint against Spinit regarding a delayed withdrawal.
Withdrawal amount: 30,000 HUF
Request date: April 20, 2026
Payment method: Bank transfer
Current status: "Under review" for more than 7 days
My withdrawal has been stuck in "under review" status for over a week now, with no progress at all. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I only receive generic responses saying there is a delay and that everything is fine.
No specific reason has been provided, and no additional documents have been requested from me.
This delay exceeds the normal and acceptable processing time. I believe this is an unfair practice and unnecessary stalling.
I kindly request:
Immediate processing of my withdrawal, or
A clear and specific explanation for the delay
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate this further to the relevant licensing authority.
I have attached screenshots as proof of my request and communication.
Hi, I know that waiting for money can be frustrating at times, especially if it takes a while. On the other hand, you’ve only been waiting a week, so if you take this up with the authorities, I don’t think they’ll do much about it. If I were in your shoes, I’d try to be patient.
For example, we give casinos 14 days to resolve this kind of issue, and if that doesn’t happen, you can submit a complaint on our website, where we’ll try to help you with it.
Since you don’t have to send any documents and basically just wait, that’s probably what I’d do right now.
If it gets close to two weeks, definitely let me know, and we’ll see what can be done or if you’ll get the money by then.
Deal?

Yeah, that’s a classic, I’d say. If the casino has nothing to say to you, they won’t reply at all. And I think that in some cases, that’s better than if they just sent you some generic template saying not to worry and that the money will arrive soon.
Try to hang in there, and if nothing happens by the time I mentioned, then we’ll try to help you.
I see that the response is still the standard one. So if nothing changes in the next few days, I would definitely open a complaint with us, and our team will look into the situation. Two weeks is plenty of time for the casino to pay up if there’s just a normal delay. 🙂
how long does it take to get your withdrawals. and what did you do before that
I have an open complaint with the casino for reopening my account. It was closed with clear instructions regarding my gambling addiction. They reopened it and sent me bonuses that encouraged me to gamble compulsively again. I've asked them again to close my account and refund my deposits, but the casino representative isn't responding—absolute silence. We have no protection at this casino. Look for more reliable options. I sincerely hope they reply and I can delete this message. Otherwise, I hope it reaches as many players as possible so they are warned.
Hey, this is exactly the kind of situation I don't think should happen at a casino. If a player self-excludes due to a gambling addiction, they should never be allowed access to the casino again. The casino definitely shouldn’t send any bonuses and let the player start gambling again.
So we’ll try to help you with your complaint. I saw that the casino still has a few days to respond, since they didn’t reply the first time. I hope they’ll handle it and clarify the situation.
I guess the casino won't respond... It's not what I expected or wanted. But if they don't address this, they'll get Black Points, and their safety index will drop.🙁
This casino currently has 49 open complaints. I hope its security rating drops significantly if they don't respond, as it's currently above average, a score that doesn't reflect reality. No one else deserves to go through this, but unfortunately, more people will fall victim.
The casino has 6 open complaints, not 49, but unless it addresses any issues, its safety index will certainly drop.
I have also contacted, via email, the person who claims to be my VIP agent. He is the one who contacted me to offer me the bonuses when I thought I had closed the account. He replies that he doesn't understand the situation, that my account is already closed. He is referring to this last time I requested closure after complaining here. He doesn't answer anything regarding the complaint.
Thank you for the update.
To be honest, I don't think the situation is particularly difficult to understand. However, if the person you contacted is your VIP manager, they may not be the right person to handle or comment on complaint-related matters.
From my experience, VIP managers usually focus on player communication, promotions, and account-related assistance. They are not typically the people who communicate with our complaint team or respond to complaints. Those matters are usually handled by a different department within the casino.
I would certainly be glad if the casino responds to your complaint and provides a proper explanation, but unfortunately I can't guarantee that they will. At this point, we'll have to wait until the response period has expired and see whether the casino decides to cooperate with our complaint team.
Hopefully, we'll receive a reply and be able to move your case forward.
