We haven't received a response, as expected. The casino's security rating remains unchanged, which doesn't reflect reality. We have no protection at this casino. I'm going to share my experience on forums and chat rooms so that no one else is affected.
I would also say I’m a bit surprised that the casino did not respond, especially considering it previously had a relatively high safety rating.
That said, even when a casino receives negative feedback or "black points" and the Safety Index is reduced, these changes are not always visible immediately. The Safety Index is typically updated once per week, usually on Wednesday. So if a complaint is resolved on a weekend or early in the week, you might not see the change reflected straight away, but rather in the next scheduled update.
I also checked, and I can see that the casino’s Safety Index has already dropped from 8.1 to 7.5, which suggests that the ongoing complaints are already having an impact.
