When exactly did you request it, and is your account fully verified there, please?
It says my account doesn't require verification, but I haven't been able to log in since this morning. It seems to be blocked. I sent an email and they told me their website is under maintenance, but with all the reviews I've seen here, it seems suspicious. If you could help me, I would really appreciate it.

I just wanted to say that you need to be patient. If the casino has been in delay, they have to resolve it in order to normally process the payouts once more. If you go through this thread, or some players' reviews, you'll find some mentions about overall delays.
