Good evening.

Update after 1 month and 11 days.

I have received quite a bit of my money and I am still waiting to receive a little less than half.

The first 3 withdrawals were completed after 17 days, then some were completed after 4-5 days. Then two withdrawals got stuck again at 16 days and then some were completed again at 4 days.

I was stupid and canceled the last 3 withdrawals so I could play again, I got lucky and won a little more money. But maybe because I canceled these withdrawals, now the next ones will be delayed again. So, I'm waiting for the continuation.

However, I have not yet been asked for identification.

In general, I don't understand how they act at this casino and generally they do something different to each person.

I'm just waiting for the rest of the money to be credited and not having to deal with this issue again. It's very stressful.

It's a shame for you that you lost your money and I believe that in your place I would have done the same out of desperation.🥺

I'm glad you gave us all an update. I know it's taking a while, but I'm glad you're gradually getting your money. I would recommend not gambling with the money so you don't lose it, and I would wait until you get it all.

Can you please keep me and the players updated?🙂

I understand, but the 14 days have to be from the first attempt to withdraw money, right?

Hello, is this a question about the complaints process? Let me add that, in general, the time frame begins with the first occurrence of the issue. Regarding withdrawals, it usually corresponds to the day the withdrawal request was submitted.

I'll be here if you need anything else, ok?

good morning…..

This is the second time my payment has been rejected... what should I do, should I request it again?

The same thing happened to me three times. Within 24 hours of requesting a withdrawal, it was canceled, and they told me it was because my bank rejected the deposit, which was a lie. I asked the bank, and they told me no transfer had arrived. A few days later, my ordeal began with them asking for documentation, and this went on for a week, with something new every day. Finally, I decided to gamble away the money I had pending withdrawal because I knew I was never going to get it back. €3,553 is what I fought for weeks for nothing. So, my friend, I hope you have better luck.

Anyway, I just received the money (500) from the 16/2 withdrawal! Karla, thank you very much!

How were you trying to get paid? By Mastercard?

I think I'm going down the same path; I just asked for it for the third time.

Yes, Mastercard, but most have a limit of 500 per day..so if they try to put 1000 in your account, your bank will reject it..so take out 500 and wait until it becomes 500 again each time..

Yes, first I used the same payment method and then I requested a bank transfer, but it was all in vain.

It depends on your VIP category. I was level 5 and could withdraw up to 1500 per day, but it was useless to me.

Hello, from my perspective, it depends on why the request was cancelled in the first place. Maybe someone else has a relevant tip on which payment option works best for players living in your country. I'm trying to say that using the same method over again is probably not a good solution either.

Simply put, I would try a few times and then ask the casino for a clear recommendation on how to successfully withdraw. The way I see it, the other players have also experienced difficulties.

I'd like to send a quick update on my Spinbara experience. I maintain that withdrawals are handled completely arbitrarily by the casino. Thanks to Martina, who was responsible for my complaint, Spinbara has so far paid out 90% of my balance. And I'm talking about a five-figure sum! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

And I hope that soon you'll be able to get all of it.

Please keep us updated.

I will. Payouts are currently going very well. There's only a very small amount left.

Ok I have played on a lot of sites and never had I ever had issues getting a payout for a win. I ended up winning 1400 dollars and tried to withdraw but it was over my limit. They have restrictions on how much a player can withdraw. I was limited and 500. I made the request on Sunday evening. Now it’s Friday and lots of chats with support and a few emails. Different excuse each time. One person told me it was in the final stages, another said it was already sent, after being told it was osent, I followed up a few hours later and told it was in final stages again. I know they want me to cancel the withdraw and play with the money but the time they are taking is not right. Not sure what else to do other than just keep going to support every hour.

thanks you reading and assisting

Hello, I guess it's quite a shock to see that for the first time.

Lower withdrawal limits are not cool, especially when casinos tend to call it a daily limit when in reality it takes far longer to get things done. I'd say the overall user feedback is not a coincidence; it's mixed, usually mentioning delays.

Hopefully, the complaint will help the casino understand that providing contradictory answers for delayed payouts typically undermines trust.

Could you kindly keep us posted about this endeavor here in the forum? I'm curious how you're going to proceed with them.

I finally got paid out 500 but feel I lost 700. Suggest staying away from this site

I imagine this leaves a bitter taste. Good to see the payment made it through, but it's not always the only thing.

Do you perhaps have some kind of favorite site you eventually return back to? No need to answer, of course; I'm merely trying to focus on something positive.
