What I don't understand is that I requested a withdrawal 6 days ago, and when the 4 days they have to process it have passed, they write to me and just give excuses. And on top of that, they say they'll personally handle my withdrawals, and still nothing arrives.
They don't move until you file a complaint.

If it stated: "Withdrawals usually take 14 days and the monthly limit is €3000," then definitely far fewer people would play there. So, in my opinion, it's misleading. You have to wait at least 14 days. And it will take that long. Don't expect it to arrive sooner.
Unfortunately, you'll have to wait quite a while longer. Consider that I wasn't paid even after the complaint, perhaps because the complaint was approved on Friday night and then the weekend intervened.
