They're not adhering to the stated 3-day limit! Nor are they staying within the €7,000 monthly limit. What does Casino Gutu have to say about the monthly limits being exceeded?

I guess it is obvious that the casino should explain that to you, because those are their actions and their limits. Casino Guru as a website reviews casinos' actions through complaints. We forum admins, of course, understand your feelings, but there is not much else to add.

There is absolutely no need to apologize. Limits should be respected unless there is a very good reason for an exception. 🙂 I wish we could have some say in this.

File a complaint. That's the best thing you can do. I'm currently waiting for my second payout. I've been waiting another 9 days. The first ones arrived exactly after 14 days.

As long as the casino has such good reviews, others will continue to come across it. I find it a shame that they don't even adhere to their own terms and conditions regarding payouts. To be honest, if they had paid my amount in full, I would have continued using the casino. But certainly not like this!
Solange das Casino noch so gute Bewertungen hat, werden andere weiterhin auf das Casino stoßen. Ich finde es schade das man sich nicht mal an die eigenen AGBs hält was Auszahlungen betrifft. From the comments I've read, there's not a single person who received all their money when it was due. So I don't think we're the exception. And in fact, at first, all the comments I read on other sites said they were never paid.

Well, we have to keep everything according to our guidelines. If the casino pays their players, we won't change their safety index because there is no reason to do so. 14 days is our timeframe, and before that we are unable to intervene.
That's why it's really important that all the players come here to our forum and inform others about everything that is going on, actually. We rely on you as well, you know.
I had asked for my complaint to remain open until I received the full €15,000. When I received the first payment of three €500 installments, the complaint was marked as resolved. I wanted to have it reopened because, given the current payment speed, I will never reach the monthly limit of €7,000 for VIP 1 stated in the terms and conditions. Unfortunately, this was denied 🙁
Therefore, I will file the next complaint in 5 days, because I will have to wait another 9 days. 2 x €1500 equals €3000, not the €7000 stated.
Ich hatte gebeten meine Beschwerde offen zu lassen bis ich die gesamten 15.000€ erhalten habe. Als ich die erste Zahlung 3x 500€ erhalten habe, wurde die Beschwerde als gelöst markiert. Ich wollte sie wieder öffnen lassen, weil ich die in den AGB stehenden Monats Limit von 7000€ VIP 1 mit der zahlungs Geschwindigkeit nie erreichen werde. Leider wurde das abgelehnt 🙁
Daher werde ich die nächste Beschwerde in 5 Tagen einreichen, weil ich wieder 9 Tage warte. 2x 1500€ sind 3000€ und nicht die 7000€ wie angegeben
