I'd also like to comment on this. I played Spinbara for a while. The first winnings were paid out after 3-4 days. However, I kept playing a bit and eventually had a win of €8,000. Then the first problems arose – withdrawals took a long time (after 8 days). Out of frustration, I gambled away all my money and deposited a lot more. In the end, my winnings were €26,000. "Thanks" to my VIP status, my money was then paid out daily (€1,000) up to the monthly limit. A total of €11,000. Currently, the remaining amount is still pending. Now I'm back at VIP 1 and have been waiting for my 3 x €500 withdrawals for 7 days. This is deliberately dragged out to keep people playing. I'll wait another week and then file a complaint if that's acceptable. Best regards 🙂

Sometimes deleting cookies as recommended can help, but passwords are always deleted if you choose to delete the history with passwords.

In any case, they should be able to help you and not tell you that you don't have an account there.

Hi, I see you've been on quite a rollercoaster ride at this casino. The saddest thing is probably that they downgraded you in VIP and now you have lower withdrawals. This is probably a tactic by the casino to give you the opportunity to lose. 

I recommend filing a complaint if the casino does not pay you or fails to send you your requested withdrawal within 14 days. 

But definitely don't play with the money, because if you lose it, there's nothing we can do to help you.

Thanks for the quick reply. No, I'm not gambling anymore. I'm currently in a program designed to help me quit. I just want to cash out and then move on. 🙂 I'll get back to you in 6-7 days if nothing has happened.

Hi 🙂 It's day 10 and we still haven't received a payout. I've seen that other casinos like to comment on complaints. Has Spinbara ever offered anything constructive? Or is your complaint also going nowhere?

When it comes to complaints, yes, unless the situation is resolved sooner and we contact the casino, they usually write back and resolve the case in the complaint. 🙂

I made a deposit of €100 at spinbara, along with which I received a €100 welcome bonus. I lost my own money so I continued playing with the bonus. After reaching the required bonus turnover, the money was credited as a real balance and I reached €7,000.

I currently have 3 pending withdrawals of €500, the first of which was exactly 3 business days ago. Of course, the withdrawal is still under review. I contacted the support team via email and they told me what they tell everyone, that they have a high volume, they apologize and that my withdrawals are safe.

Do you think I have any hope of getting my money, even if it's late?

Me too, 7 days today, my last withdrawals lasted 17 days, after I had filed a complaint on the 18th day I received the withdrawals, then I made 3 more withdrawals, the first came on the 4th day and the remaining 2 I have been waiting for 7 days now.
