Hello, I would like to share my experience.

A month ago I opened an account on spinarium.com thanks to Youtuber ATX Slots. At first it seemed like a normal casino, I lost some, won some. I even withdrew a small amount. The problem came when I got a MAX WIN on the game Fruit Party. Support kept writing to me that they had a problem with transactions and that I had to wait. So I waited and in the meantime I played.. Well, from the 250,000 CZK win I ended up making something around 6,000,000 CZK and something I didn't expect happened. My account was blocked. So I wrote to support about what was going on, but they wrote back that my account never existed and that I probably had the wrong page. So I contacted the Youtuber to see if he could help me and they told him that they were in contact with the provider (Pragmatic Play) about the big win. I thought OK, it must be legit. But I've been waiting like this for 2 weeks now and I still haven't received anything. I don't know what to do, this is a really big amount of money that would really help me.

Phew, I'm so sorry that this situation happened. You're happy to win such a big sum of money, and in the end it looks like it's going to be hard to get it at all.

Based on what they told you, namely that your account does not exist, I would be shocked and especially angry. On the other hand, I don't really understand why a casino would provide information about an account that simply doesn't belong to them to a third party, even if it's a streamer.

Anyway, the casino shouldn't say you don't have an account there, but it's common for a check to be made for such a big win. That's why it surprises me and I also have a feeling that it will be even harder to get the money back when they're already causing problems in the beginning.

However, I would definitely file a complaint with us and we will try to help you somehow. I believe that the casino will communicate with us and I hope we can manage to get your money back. You don't get anything for it, you just sacrifice your time.

Well, I didn't win a large sum of money, but I wanted to withdraw it. It seemed like a good casino to me. My friends and I tried it, but I was the only one who won, so when I made a withdrawal it gave me an error. Did the casino have any reason for recommending a different payment method? Is it also possible for you to withdraw using crypto or not? 

Usually casinos recommend players to change if there is a problem with the payment provider or similar.

537 per month? Do they have something like that in the Terms because it seems to me to be terribly little.
